 Hands-on expertise in debugging, profiling, and performance optimization using appropriate tools and techniques.

 Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to take ownership in ambiguous situations and deliver results.

 Excellent communication and leadership skills; able to align teams and stakeholders on technical direction.

Tasks & Activities

Proven, real-world experience architecting or leading healthcare applications, medical imaging, and graphics computing platforms.

 Good understanding of CI/CD concepts, build and release automation, advanced computing, and core data structures.

 Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments. (must)

 Strong working knowledge of version control systems such as Git (SVN is a plus).

 Demonstrated experience designing systems for imaging datasets and other performance-critical workflows.

 Experience applying AI/ML to medical or dental image analysis.

 Exposure to assisted or automated diagnostic systems is a plus. Training staff / Onsite clients on software use.

 Incorporate new technologies into the products.

 Create technical and regulatory documents for the project.

Role

This position provides technical support to end users across a variety of IT-related issues. The role involves identifying, researching, troubleshooting, and resolving technical problems related to computer systems, software, and hardware.

The position responds to support requests received via telephone, email, and other channels, while documenting, tracking, and monitoring issues to ensure timely resolution and adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries, calls, and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
• Identify, diagnose, and troubleshoot technical issues and problems.
• Categorize, record, and manage reported queries and provide appropriate solutions.
• Assist users with problem identification and resolution.
• Advise users on the appropriate course of action for reported issues.
• Monitor incidents and service requests from initial reporting through final resolution.
• Escalate unresolved or complex problems to the appropriate level of support when required.
• Provide basic online security guidance and technical support to end users.

• Perform detailed QC of 2D engineering drawings with a strong focus on accuracy, standards, and manufacturability.
• Validate dimensions, tolerances, GD&T symbols, views, callouts, and BOM elements.
• Cross-check drawings against 3D CAD models and identify mismatches.
• Flag design or annotation errors and guide drafters on corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with ASME/ISO standards and internal guidelines.
• Develop and refine QC checklists, SOPs, and quality frameworks.
• Collaborate with design, drafting, and automation teams to improve quality.
• Maintain QC reports and drive continuous improvement.
• Mentor junior engineers.

Must-Have Skills

• Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Production Engineering.
• 5–12 years of experience reviewing mechanical drawings in manufacturing, aerospace, automotive, tooling, or precision engineering.
• Strong command of GD&T (ASME Y14.5) and engineering drawing standards.
• Ability to interpret 3D CAD models in SolidWorks/Creo/NX or similar tools.
