About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Product Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for defining and executing the product vision, strategy, and roadmap. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to deliver innovative solutions that solve customer pain points and align with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy and Vision
- Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy.
- Align product goals with business objectives and customer needs.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.
Roadmap and Prioritization
- Develop and maintain a product roadmap that balances short-term deliverables with long-term goals.
- Use prioritization frameworks (e.g., RICE, MoSCoW) to evaluate and prioritize product features.
Customer-Centric Development
- Gather and analyze user feedback through interviews, surveys, and data analytics.
- Advocate for the customer by translating their needs into actionable requirements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with engineering teams to define and deliver high-quality, scalable products.
- Partner with designers to create user-friendly interfaces and experiences.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure successful product launches and adoption.
Data-Driven Decision Making
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.
- Leverage analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Google Analytics) to identify trends and optimize performance.
Agile Product Development
- Manage the product backlog and sprint planning in Agile or Scrum environments.
- Drive continuous improvement through iterative product releases.
Qualifications
Must-Have:
- 3–5 years of experience in product management or a related field.
- Proven ability to define and execute product strategies that achieve business goals.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with Agile development teams.
- Proficiency with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana) and analytics platforms (e.g., Mixpanel, Google Analytics).
Nice-to-Have:
- Familiarity with technical concepts (e.g., APIs, databases, or system architecture).
- Experience in [SaaS, B2B, Recruitment].
- Basic understanding of UX design principles and tools (e.g., Figma, Miro).
- Exposure to A/B testing and data-driven optimization techniques.
