Role Overview

We are looking for a B2B Intern – Corporate Relations & Client Onboarding who will support our partnerships and placement team. Your focus will be on managing existing relationships, onboarding new IT companies, and ensuring a seamless experience for our hiring partners and learners.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Onboarding: Assist in onboarding new IT companies and ensuring proper documentation, communication, and alignment of expectations.
• Relationship Management: Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with HR teams and talent acquisition partners to understand their hiring needs.
• Role Alignment: Work closely with internal placement and learning teams to map learner profiles to current job opportunities.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews, collect feedback from partners, and ensure a smooth process for both learners and recruiters.
• Data Management: Maintain records of partner interactions, job role requirements, and placement progress using CRM and spreadsheets.
• Industry Insights: Stay updated with tech industry hiring trends, in-demand skills, and recruitment practices to better serve our partners.

Who We're Looking For

Education: BBA/MBA, B.Com/M.Com, BA/MA/MSW (English, Psychology, Sociology, or Mass Communication) with strong communication and coordination skills; preferred: Computer Science or IT background with interest in talent partnerships or placements.

• Strong communication skills – clear, confident, and professional in written and verbal communication
• Client-facing experience – ideally with IT/tech companies in partnerships, HR coordination, or talent engagement
• Proactive mindset – takes initiative, follows up reliably, and manages time effectively
• Team player – works collaboratively with internal stakeholders (placements, learning, operations)

Job Overview :

We are looking for a seasoned Data Engineer to join the Data Platform Engineering team supporting a Unified Data Platform (UDP). This role requires hands-on expertise in DBT, GCP, BigQuery, and PySpark, with a solid foundation in CI/CD, data pipeline optimization, and agile delivery.

Mandatory Skills : GCP, DBT, Google Dataform, BigQuery, PySpark/Spark SQL, Advanced SQL, CI/CD, Git, Agile Methodologies.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, build, and optimize scalable data pipelines using BigQuery, DBT, and PySpark.
• Leverage GCP-native services like Cloud Storage, Pub/Sub, Dataproc, Cloud Functions, and Composer for ETL/ELT workflows.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD for data engineering projects with Git-based version control.
