About the Role

We are looking for a high-energy, result-oriented Media Sales professional to join our team in Mumbai. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth by selling advertising solutions across our media platforms. This is a "hunter" role that requires a mix of strategic planning, relentless prospecting, and deep relationship management within the Mumbai advertising ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Revenue Generation: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through the sale of ad space and integrated media campaigns.
• Strategic Account Planning: Identify high-potential industries and brands; develop tailored media proposals that align with their marketing objectives.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of clients (Direct Brands & Agencies), ensuring high retention and year-on-year growth.
• Market Prospecting: Actively "hunt" for new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and industry events in the Mumbai region.
• Internal Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing and Creative teams to ensure client campaigns are executed flawlessly and deliver the promised ROI.
• Performance Tracking: Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market trends to the leadership team.

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications

• Mumbai Market Exposure: A proven track record and an existing network within Mumbai-based advertising agencies and corporate marketing heads.
• Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the media landscape (Digital, OOH, or Print) and advertising metrics (CPM, CTR, ROAS).
• Negotiation Excellence: Ability to navigate complex sales cycles and close high-value deals with senior stakeholders.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1–6 years of experience in Media Sales or Ad-Sales.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
• A "can-do" attitude with the resilience to thrive in a target-driven environment.

Job Summary

• Candidate will be responsible for providing full life-cycle development (design, coding, and testing) and maintenance of web-based system on Azure
• Candidate should have experience in GitHub, knowledge of DevOps is a plus
• Experienced in designing and implementing web portals, experience with DNN is must
• Ability to work with multiple languages including C#, ASP.Net, MVC, Javascript and related libraries, HTML, Complex SQL queries, CSS, BootStrap, JSON.
• Experience in Agile project management methodology

Duties and Responsibilities

• Understand business requirements to apply logic to integrate functionalities
• Identify and understand any technical bugs on the server, site, log files or modules and work on resolving the bugs
• Understand how FTP server is setup for the site
• Understand system/site technical requirements and suggest enhancements if applicable
• Designing, coding, unit Testing, and integration with Database
• Handle site deployment
• Designing, coding, debugging, technical problem solving, and writing Unit Test cases, etc.

Qualifications

Education / Certification

• B.E. / B.Tech. /MSC in Computer Science or IT.
• MCAD/MCSD/MSITP/MCPD

Requirements:

• Proficient in fundamental Software Design Principles, Data Structures, Algorithms, Problem Solving and Complexity Analysis.
• Proficient in programming languages like Python/Java/Javascript/Golang or similar.
• Strong understanding of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
• Hands-on Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases such as Postgres, Mysql, MongoDB.
• Hands-on experience with GIT, CI/CD, REST APIs and Cloud ( AWS/ GCP/ Azure) will be preferred.
• Understanding of Microservice Architecture and System Design Principles is a plus.
• Self-driven, detail-oriented and Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and ability to deliver great work.
• Demonstrated expertise in developing, releasing and maintaining large scale software applications.
