1. Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably within the education sector, specifically in selling admission management solutions to CBSE, ICSE, IGCSE, IB, and boarding schools.
2. Strong understanding of the admission processes and challenges faced by educational institutions.
3. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with school stakeholders at all levels.
4. The proactive and results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
5. Ability to build and nurture long-term relationships with customers.
6. Strong negotiation and closing skills, with attention to detail in contract and agreement management.
7. Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
8. Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.
9. Bachelor's or Master’s degree in business, marketing, education, or a related field is preferred.

• Advanced Design Creation: Produce visually stunning designs for digital marketing, web graphics, social media, infographics, presentations, and print media.
• Web Graphics Expertise: Design high-quality visuals optimized for web usage (e.g., banners, web animations, interactive infographics) to enhance user engagement and experience.
• Mastery of Design Software: Expert-level use of Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro to create static, dynamic, and motion designs.
• Video Editing & Motion Graphics: Use tools like Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Final Cut Pro (FCP) for editing videos, creating motion graphics, and enhancing video content.
• AI-Powered Tools: Leverage AI-based tools like DALL·E, MidJourney, RunwayML, or Generative Fill in Photoshop to explore new creative possibilities, automate repetitive tasks, and improve design efficiency.
• 3D & Interactive Designs: Incorporate 3D modeling tools such as Blender or Cinema 4D to create immersive and interactive designs, particularly for web visuals and presentations.
• Design Automation & Scripting: Explore automation techniques using Photoshop Scripts, Illustrator Actions, or Figma Plugins for increased efficiency in repetitive design tasks.
• Web-Based Graphics & SVG Animations: Create scalable vector graphics (SVGs), CSS animations, and other web-optimized assets that are responsive and fast-loading, enhancing the performance of Ken Research's digital platforms.

Responsibilities:

·      Search, design, develop, and test blockchain technologies.

·      Brainstorm and help evaluate applications for new tools and

technologies as they continually evolve.

·      Maintain and extend current client- and server-side applications

responsible for integration and business logic

·      Be involved in the global blockchain community—work on

implementing and integrating the latest improvement proposals.

·  Document new solutions as well as maintain that of existing ones. 

Requirements:

·      Total 3 Years of experience required,Ethereum, Blockchain

·      Knowledge in any one of the programming languages: NodeJS,

Java, GoLang,C, C++,PHP

·      Basic understanding of blockchain technology: Bitcoin, Smart

Contracts, Solidity, Cryptography

·Knowledge in private blockchains such as Hyper Ledger, Corda is

a plus

· Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JS, Bootstrap and knowledge

in front-end technologies such as Angular/ React/ Vue is a plus.

·      Knowledge in databases and database modelling: MySQL,

PostgreSQL, MongoDB

·      Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)

·      Experience using Git for version control

Sales Executive Requirements:

• Graduate or 1+ years of sales experience.
• Excellent customer service and sales skills.
• Strong verbal and written communicator.
• Excellent phone and presentation skills.
• Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Requirements:

• Experience in Enterprise Java building restful microservices
• Strong Exposure to any of the Java Enterprise frameworks such as Spring, Vert. x, Quarkus or others
• Good exposure to databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB etc
• Good analytical and problem-solving capabilities along with excellent communication skills.
• Any exposure to UI programming using REACT JS or AngularJS is a plus
• Preferred candidate who can join in 15 days or max 30 days.
