We are looking for a skilled Python & PySpark Developer with strong expertise in Big Data technologies, Spark, SQL/PL-SQL, and REST API development using Flask or Django. The ideal candidate should have experience building scalable data pipelines, processing large datasets, developing APIs, and working with distributed computing frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and maintain scalable data pipelines using PySpark and Apache Spark.
• Design, develop, and optimize complex SQL and PL/SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and database objects.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs using Flask or Django.

The Role

We're looking for an Associate- Sales & Marketing to own and scale our top-of-funnel pipeline. This is a hands-on role for someone who has thrived in an early-stage or small-team environment and gets energized by hitting (and exceeding) pipeline targets.

What You'll Do

• Build and execute high-volume outbound campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and cold calling (50–100+ dials/day) to generate qualified leads and book meetings
• Research target industries, map accounts, and refine ICP and buyer personas — uncovering pain points, buying signals, and the right people to reach out to
• Set up, manage, and optimize email and LinkedIn automation sequences using tools like Apollo, Lemlist, Instantly, Smartlead, Outreach, or similar
