We are Hiring for Sales Engineer / Sr Sales Manager for a leading construction equipment manufacturing company

Job Requirement

Good experience in selling Construction / Fire Safety / Elevator / Lift / Escalator manufacturing company

Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets for equipment and elevator systems.

Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations for prospective and existing clients.

Provide detailed technical and application advice to customers on equipment and elevator solutions.

Identify and assess customer needs through site visits, consultations, and discussions.

Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and technical documentation.

Maintain and build relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Oversee the technical aspects of sales projects from inception to completion, ensuring all specifications and requirements are met.

Collaborate with engineering and installation teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Address and resolve technical issues that arise during the sales process or order finalization.

Monitor and analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and threats. Provide insights and recommendations to enhance product offerings and sales strategies.

Maintain records of sales activities, customer interactions, and project status in the CRM system.

Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for management review.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree B.E. / Diploma (Mechanical)

Skills

• 2-10 years of proven experience as a sales or in a similar role in Construction / Fire Safety / Elevator / Lift / Escalator manufacturing company
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong technical knowledge of equipment and elevator systems.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Time management and ability to meet deadlines
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a field-based role.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.

Educational Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in CSE or related field
• M.E./M.Tech in CSE (mandatory for most colleges)
• Ph.D. in CSE (required for universities, IITs/NITs, and highly preferred everywhere)
• Qualifying exams like UGC NET or GATE can strengthen your profile

1. Develop, and maintain Java applications using Core Java, Spring framework, JDBC, and threading concepts.
2. Strong understanding of the Spring framework and its various modules.
3. Experience with JDBC for database connectivity and manipulation
4. Utilize database management systems to store and retrieve data efficiently.
5. Proficiency in Core Java8 and thorough understanding of threading concepts and concurrent programming.
6. Experience in in working with relational and nosql databases.

Responsibilities
- Gather intelligence from key business leaders about needs and future growth
- Partner with the internal IT team to ensure each project meets a specific need and resolves successfully
- Assume responsibility for project tasks and ensure they are completed in a timely fashion
- Evaluate, test and recommend new opportunities for enhancing our software, hardware and IT processes
- Compile and distribute reports on application development and deployment
- Design and execute A/B testing procedures to extract data from test runs
- Evaluate and conclude data related to customer behavior
- Consult with the executive team and the IT department on the newest technology and its implications in the industry

Requirements :
- Bachelor's Degree in Software Development, Computer Engineering, Project Management or a related field
- 3+ years experience in technology development and deployment

Skills Required 

• 5+ years of strong programming experience on the .NET platform(C#.NET)
• Proficient with Web application development – we leverage ASP.NET MVC/Asp.net core / Web API / Typescript / Angular (open to candidates experienced with Web development and zeal to learn) 
• Experience building applications leveraging Azure (or AWS) 
• Hands on experience on Html, CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap (or any other CSS framework) 
• Experience with SQL Server (Stored Procedures & UDF) and NoSQL (Cosmos DB or others) 
• Good grip on Fundamentals of CS, OOPS Concepts, SOLID Principles, Design Patterns and its usages 
• Ability to prepare both high level and low-level design of the system 
• Familiarity with TDD, CI/CD, GIT, DevOps 
• Experience with microservices architecture 
• Hands-on exposure to cloud technologies like( azure/ AWS)
