We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the development and execution of our product vision. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze market trends, and leverage data-driven insights to build impactful products that enhance the self-drive experience. As a Senior Product Manager, you will own and drive the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to deliver innovative products that meet customer needs and align with our business goals. This role requires strategic thinking, customer empathy, and a proven ability to execute in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy and Roadmap: Define and prioritize the product roadmap in alignment with company objectives and market needs.
- Market Research and Customer Insights: Conduct thorough market research and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities and gaps.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, and business teams to define product requirements and ensure timely delivery.
- Product Development: Lead the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Performance Metrics: Define, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and inform future enhancements.
- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate the product vision, progress, and performance to internal and external stakeholders effectively.
- User-Centric Focus: Advocate for the customer at every stage of the product development process to ensure the best possible user experience.
Requirements:
- Experience: 4-6 years of experience in product management, preferably in [ConsumerTech, Ecommerce or Mobility ].
- Education: Bachelor's degree in [relevant field, e. g., Business, Computer Science, or Engineering]; MBA is a plus.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to define a vision and execute a product strategy to achieve business outcomes.
- Technical Acumen: Solid understanding of technology and the ability to work closely with engineering teams.
- Analytical Skills: Strong data-driven decision-making skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Leadership: Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders at all levels.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
