Job description

We are looking for a skilled HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. 

Responsibilities: - 

  • Manage the recruitment and selection process 
  • Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques. 
     
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues 
  • Nurture a positive working environment 
  • Maintain and enhance employee benefits programs 
  • Create onboarding process, ensuring the process is up to date and of high quality 
  • Planning & scheduling orientation, induction programs for new on-board joiners to brief them about the work environment of the organisation 
  • Maintain company employee handbook by updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures 
  • Develop and implement employee engagement strategy 
  • Initiate and implement innovative Team building initiatives 

 

Requirement 

 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. 
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • A minimum of Three years of human resource management experience required  
  • Immediate Joiner Preferred.
