Job Description

The Social Media & Digital Marketing Intern is responsible for assisting the Digital Marketing Manager in implementing Tessacts overall communications and marketing plan -- focusing specifically on digital communications -- to build awareness about Tessact within the community, and  increase its visibility on social media platforms (mainly linkedIn)

Responsibilities

  1. Community management: designing social media campaigns, creating social media contents, answering to customer’s comments or questions (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram…).
  2. Managing the company’s official website.
  3. Writing contents for the company’s blog or website.
  4. Creating contents for mail diffusion (newsletter…) or online diffusion.
  5. Follow-up and improvement of SEO.
  6. Helping the marketing team to follow-up and improve the digital marketing strategy

Skills And Qualifications

  1. Ability to take initiative, employ good judgment, and manage projects from beginning to end 
  2.  Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills 
  3.  Exceptional ability to manage details 
  4.  Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Management:
    1. Manage, nurture and convert inbound leads into qualified sales opportunities.

  3. Proficient in managing the sales pipeline using CRM systems, preferably Salesforce CRM;
  4. Experience of working collaboratively in a combined sales & marketing team.
  5. Can evidence a track record of increasing sales revenue by hitting or exceeding personal targets.
