Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Production Engineer at Rawmart, located in Pune. As a Production Engineer, you will be responsible for day-to-day production tasks, including production planning, quality control, and utilizing analytical skills to drive process improvements. Effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams will be crucial in ensuring efficient production operations.

Work Place Responsibilities: -

•  Production Supervising.
• Fabrication expert, welding engineer.
• Manpower Handling & Engaging.
• Daily work allotment.
• Production Planning.
• Daily Raw Material stock & WIP.
• Day to day production target meet.
• All Production related documents updated in portal using MS Excel and Word
• Provide Soft skill training to operators.
• CNC, VMC, HMC , GFM, PROTECK, SPM machines operations,
• Fanuc & Siemens Control use.
• Maintain & control operations of Fanuc Robots & Gantry.
• Product quality checking by using proper gauges. (Like Height gauge, Snap gauge, Vernier caliper, Micrometer,
• Bore gauge, Depth gauge, Dial gauge)
• Report OEE, TQM, TPM
• Maintain 5’S, JH , CLIT.
• Implementation KAIZEN (Continuous Improvement) & Poka yoke.
• Provide Training to the operators for quality of the Product, 5’S, JH, TPM.
• CMM checking.

Qualifications:-

• Strong background in Production Engineering
• Fabrication Expert, Welding Engineering.
• B. Tech. in Mechanical Engineering

 B.S. or above degree in Computer Science or related technical field  Work ethics: As a company and team we expect you to be an expert in your field, within our team – operating alone and as a project team. Projects, tasks, customer scenarios can change each day, so we expect you to be dynamic and self-managed.  As a team, we “lean-in” to support our teammates where and when possible.  The ability to work alone and as a team.  At least 3 years’ experience in an international Enterprise-level customer facing role, ideally in Enterprise Support or as a Technical Consultant.  Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. o Note: we’d appreciate some brief examples to review during interview stages, including examples relating to Python.  Excellent level English, experience of working with Enterprise customers. Be comfortable with delivering presentations to larger audiences  Enterprise infrastructure solution architecture experience o Good knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect and SAML security standards with global identity providers including AADS, ADFS, GoogleID, OKTA , PING o Azure platform experience with related certifications o At least basic knowledge of Python. o Remote software distribution technologies like SCCM/ARD etc. desirable o Windows Application packaging and deployment experience desirable o Windows Virtualisation technologies experience including Citrix, Windows Remote Desktop, App-V, Hyper-V VMware Horizon, Windows Virtual Desktop desirable

0 - 2  years of experience in business analysis and product development of mobile or web applications 
• Working with the stakeholders to formulate and define the Product Vision and Roadmap
• Developing requirements and use cases for business process flows
• Facilitating the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables
• Managing the Product Backlog and its refinement
• Converting the requirements to Epics and user stories along with specifying the acceptance criteria
• Managing the prioritization of work in Product Backlog based on Product Roadmap
