Role Description:

Work Experience:

Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in HTML, CSS, AngularJS

Requirements:

1. Must have hands on experience in AngularJS, NodeJS
2. Must have hands on experience in HTML 5, CSS 3
3. Must have hands on experience in developing responsive layouts
4. Must know how to test frontend layouts for various devices and resolutions
5. Must have hands on experience working with SCSS
6. Must have worked with Git
7. Understanding of SDLC process
8. Good to have knowledge of Jira

Key Responsibilites:

1. Converting layouts to HTML/CSS
2. Integrating the created HTML/CSS into the dynamic Slate platform
3. Consuming APIs in AngularJS
4. Setting up oAuth token exchange in AngularJS
5. Looking into any bug fixes post go live
6. Helping the junior developers

Reporting

Candidate will report to the Engineering Lead

Roles and Responsibilities 

• Overall supervision of the company's day-to-day functioning of the Accounts and Finance functions including MIS, Audit, Taxation, Corporate affairs, etc in compliance with the Indian Accounting Standards
• Manage Corporate Finance including the Treasury function Factory accounting including costing
• Initiate and guide the preparation of forecasts of company revenue, working capital, expenditure, and return on investments
• Monitor Budgets and variances
• Responsible for tracking the policy decisions taken by the government and their impact on the business.
• Provide technical and managerial information to the organization and regulatory agencies regarding taxation matters.
• Overseeing the process, monitoring, and approval of all Payables and Receivables
• Responsible for preparation of Quarterly/half yearly and Annual Accounts and Finalization of Accounts for the Company and the Consolidated Accounts for the Company.
• Providing information to the top management on a monthly and need basis.
• Developing and implementing suitable internal control systems in the department.
• Involved in the formulation of various systems, policies, procedures, commensurate with the need of the company,
• Compliance with all statutory Matters, including Income tax, GST, EPF, ESIC, etc. 
• Dealing with Banks and Financial Institution for day-to-day matters besides providing all necessary support with the preparation of documents pertaining to all short-term and long-term credit facilities.
• Interface with the internal and external auditors as a focal point for efficient management of the Statutory, Tax Internal Audits as a part of Corporate Governance
• Involved in corporate planning during organizational restructuring at all levels.
• Oversee Filing of returns and attending tax authorities for assessments and appeals.
• Oversee the Completion of the Internal Audit as per the Audit programs.

Desired Candidate Profile

• At least 5+ years in preparation of Financial statements, Experience in Direct and Indirect tax assessments, GST statute interpretation, employee income tax handling
• Knowledgeable in Companies Act, Tax Laws like Direct Taxes, Customs, Service tax GST, and Withholding tax
• Experience in dealing with the government authorities for taxes
• Should be able to manage a team, implement budgetary systems, and budget controlling
• Should have excellent analytical communication skills along with a pleasing personality

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable, responsive, and efficient web applications using the MERN stack.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Work on both front-end and back-end development tasks, ensuring the high performance and responsiveness of the applications.
• Write clean and maintainable code and participate in code reviews.
• Implement and maintain security and data protection measures.
• Integrate third-party APIs and services.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and issues.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a MERN Stack developer.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• I have proven experience as a full-stack developer with expertise in the MERN stack.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3,.
• Experience with front-end frameworks like React.js.
• Knowledge of state management libraries such as Redux.
• Solid understanding of server-side development using Node.js and Express.js.
• Experience with MongoDB and database design.
• Knowledge of RESTful API design and implementation.
• Familiarity with Git and version control systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

JD

 •  Total IT Experience – 5 to 12 years

•  5+ years of in-depth knowledge in C#, ASP.NET MVC, Web API

•  2+ years of experience in .NET core, EF Core, and Web API core. MVC,

•  2+ years of experience in RESTful HTTP services design

•  2+ years of experience in Javascript, JQuery, Bootstrap, HTML 5, CSS3

•  1+ years of experience in Angular 4/6/8 or REACT JS

•  2+ years of experience with SQL Server, Postgre SQL writing stored  procedures, performance tuning, and identifying deadlocks, transactions, and data locking/blocking scenarios

•  Good communication and unit testing knowledge using NUnit, Xunit etc

•  Working knowledge of Webpack, CLI, and, Agile Scrum framework

•  Good communication and unit testing knowledge.

•  Good to have knowledge in one of the cloud platforms like  AWS/Azure/PCF
