About the Role:
We're seeking a passionate and experienced Learning & Development Expert who
excels in every aspect of L&D—from needs analysis and content design to facilitation
and pre/post program evaluation. This role is for someone who thrives on providing
strategic client consultations, writing compelling articles for our website, leading
innovative research projects, and collaborating closely with our sales and tech teams.
Experience Range: 5-10 years
Salary Range: Up to 15 LPA (can be renegotiated for exceptional candidates)
Key Responsibilities:
• L&D Mastery: As an L&D expert, you know what it takes to deliver impactful

Required Qualifications:
• Educational Background: A degree in psychology (IO/OB) is highly desirable. An

1.Pre-Flight Inspection:
● Conduct thorough pre-flight checks on the drone, including battery levels, sensors, propellers, and GPS calibration.
● Ensure all firmware and software are up to date for both the drone and remote controller.
● Verify that the drone is in optimal operating condition, including payload attachments, if applicable.
2.Flight Planning:
● Plan the flight route based on mission objectives, considering factors like altitude, weather conditions, and airspace regulations.
3.Safe and Efficient Flight Operations:
● Monitor drone telemetry data during flight (e.g., battery level, GPS signal, altitude, and speed).
● Ensure real-time communication with ground personnel and provide situational updates as necessary.
4.Emergency Procedures:
● Be prepared to handle emergencies such as low battery, lost GPS signal, or malfunctioning sensors.
● Execute safe and controlled emergency landings if required.
5.Post-Flight Data Handling:
● Safely retrieve the drone and perform a post-flight inspection, checking for any damage or malfunctions.
● Offload data collected during the flight, ensuring secure storage and proper labeling.
● Provide a detailed flight report, documenting any issues, flight conditions, and mission outcomes.
Minimum Requirement’s :
● must be 18+
● Must have at least 50hrs Flying experience.
● Should have knowledge of basic photography to handle camera settings for manual mode.
● Should have good smooth hand manipulation control with camera moments.
● Can keep his control calm in panic situations.
● A drone pilot should be familiar with drone hardware and software, including drone flight controls, GPS systems, and camera setups.
● Can take rapid decisions (depending on situations)
Should be CA qualified, or an MBA Finance, similar & relevant qualification, Big4 experience preferred
Work Experience : 3-5 years of relevant experience required.

Financial Reporting:
•Management Accounting, Reconciliation, Intercompany Reconciliation, accounts payable and receivable
•Ensure that all tax returns, tax declarations, and other required reports are submitted accurately and on time, management of Companies Act Compliances

Responsibilities
- Generate, manage and forecast a sales pipeline on your own
- Navigate through complex sales cycles with some of the most prestigious companies in India
- Driving Business Growth Results for the company by efficient sales efforts.
- Specifically Responsible for Sales growth amongst enterprise clients.
- Generate outbound leads, qualify leads and manage the conversion funnel
- Provide demos to customers over web or in person, and answer first level technical questions
- Prepare proposals, negotiate and close deals.
- Pitch PazCare product to CEOs, CHROs & senior executives in the meetings
- Study, analyze and track customer feedback to optimize the sales funnel and pricing
- Coordinate with the marketing team for inbound leads and collateral

- Has at least 3-5 years of previous experience in selling Group health Insurance to corporates at a broking firm, and closed at least 10 policies worth 50 lakhs - 1 crore or more OR Has at least 3-5 years of previous experience to selling CHROs, CFOs in India.

- Research and identify potential new product features and functions
