Outline of the responsibilities
- Daily and Monthly Responsibilities:
- Utilise Pipedrive, cold calling, LinkedIn and email to generate new sales opportunities
- Identify prospect's needs and suggest appropriate products/services
- Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
- Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and sales executives
- Report to sales manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results
- Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of sales experience, with a history of exceeding lead targets
- Strong communication skills via phone and email
- Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
- Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization
- Experience in prospecting in US market
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency with Pipedrive or other CRM software

The ideal candidate should be a proactive individual with strong communication skills and a team player. He or she should have an experience of at least 1-2 years in Java development.
Should have hands-on experience in the following:
- Hands on experience in designing and developing applications using Java EE platforms and at least 1-2 years’ experience on the same.

We are looking for experienced Odoo Developers with good development skills in Python. Candidates should have hands-on experience in end to end implementation of the custom modules in Odoo.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and deploy ERP/ web applications using OpenERP/ Odoo.
- Customize/ develop various modules such as Accounting, POS Sales & CRM, inventory, Purchasing, , Invoice, Website, Google map, Warehouse, MRP, HR, etc.
- Customize various modules and integrate services/ products ranging from payment gateways to hardware devices with Odoo.
- Understand Functional requirements from clients. Provide GAP analysis and transform them into technical requirements.
- Functional knowledge of ERP modules like Accounting, Stock, CRM, Inventory, HR, Sales, Purchasing, Manufacturing, E- Commerce, and Payment gateway.
- Experience in Migrations, Odoo end user training.
- Knowledge of OOP concepts, SQL, HTML and JavaScript.
- Experience in hosting on AWS or other cloud service providers
- Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into business solutions.

Education:

Senior QA Engineer shall be responsible understanding of the domain and using that understanding to enhance work output in terms of functionality of software applications. This Role needs to assess and diagnose issues during the requirement gathering process; Determine preliminary solutions to identified issues and gaps; Plan test schedules and strategies in accordance with project delivery dates. Must work towards continuously aligning test activities to prioritized requirements stack/product backlogs and JIT (just in time) model storms. Develop & execute test cases in alignment to test strategy
Automation QA
- Have worked on automation using tools like Selenium WebDriver or Appium.
- Experience in testing banking applications – like core banking systems, electronic banking apps, payment services
- Experience working on applications like Finacle, Fiserve DNA will be a plus.
- Testing Experience with good understanding of Software Test Lifecycle including Test Cases Design, Test Data Setup, Defect Management, Test log, Test results, Test Traceability Matrix
- Understand functional requirements and prepare test scenarios and test cases for multiple projects.
- Perform Desktop, Web, API - functional, regression, smoke, exploratory testing & end to end testing.
- Demonstrated experience working within an Agile team and using project management tool like JIRA or similar tools
- Excellent communication to interact with the onshore counterparts, business teams and team members
