 Roles & Responsibilities:

Sourcing and screening candidates for domestic requirements

Posting jobs on portals and social media platforms

Coordinating interviews with candidates and hiring managers

Maintaining candidate databases and reports

End-to-end recruitment support

 Requirements:

Any graduate (MBA HR preferred)

Good communication skills

Basic knowledge of recruitment process

• Own and shape the full product roadmap and user journeys

JD for Senior Software Engineer : 

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Expert Software Developer with a strong proficiency in ASP .Net, .Net Core, and SQL Server. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional SQL knowledge, capable of working with large schemas, designing complex queries, and proficiently architecting highly scalable web and mobile applications. A desire to learn or existing knowledge of MAUI or Xamarin.Forms is highly valued. The candidate should also have a solid understanding of CI/CD processes using tools like GitHub Actions or equivalent. Beyond technical expertise, this role entails mentoring and coaching junior team members, actively participating in solution design, and contributing to the technical evolution of our projects.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize your expertise in ASP .Net, .Net Core, and SQL Server to design, develop, and maintain robust web and mobile applications.
• Demonstrate mastery in handling large schemas and crafting complex queries for optimal performance.
• Architect scalable solutions that meet the requirements of web and mobile applications.

• Experience in designing and architecting highly scalable applications.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• 8 to 12 years of professional software development experience.

• Working knowledge of NodeJS, and JAVASCRIPT, is a must.
• Working knowledge of AWS cloud concepts is a must.
• Must be familiar with AWS serverless architecture.

• Design, develop, and implement beautiful UI components to support business requirements.
• Follows approved life cycle methodologies, creates design documents, and performs program coding and testing.
• Resolves technical issues through debugging, research, and investigation.
• Own & Develop the REST APIs.
• Stay updated with new technologies and of changes in technologies that affect front-end web development.

• Building instranal dashboards to measure execution success of programs
• Identifying and build automated solutions for manual processes using data insights
• Supervising efficient working of all phases of product development.
• Administering the lifecycle of products from conceptualization to implementation, analyzing all business requirements and translating it into production
• Working closely with design, operations, engineering and testing teams in an agile environment to launch products with new features. 
• Determine the product requirements through user engagement, translate requirements to detailed, crisp business requirements and user stories that can be used to create product specifications and architecture. 
• To drive strategic projects aimed at improving the adoption of products/ services or their individual features 
• Driving operational efficiency by continually refining operational processes and influencing Product/engineering teams to enable automation and scale
• Providing directions to the team on technical, deployment procedures, operational process & communication areas.
• Analyzing reports and following up process and results, and monitoring meetings to identify and suggest product improvements and trends
• Managing different teams and complex business processes and working across internal and external stakeholders

Desired Candidate Profile
