About the Role:
NeoGenCode is looking for a highly skilled Lead Java Fullstack Developer to join their agile development team. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in Java, Angular, and Spring Boot, with hands-on experience in developing and deploying enterprise-level microservices in cloud environments (especially AWS). Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a technical lead and contributor in a cross-functional agile team.

Technical Requirements:
✅ Core Technologies:

✅ Cloud & DevOps:
- Experience in AWS ecosystem (especially S3, Secrets Manager, CloudWatch)

- PostgreSQL or other RDBMS

● Collaborate with design, business, finance, product and other business functions to drive

What you will do
We’re looking for efficient Youtube Channel Managers who will help to take vision forward. The vision being to be the first ones in the market to bring exclusive and authentic content related to state-level exams.
So, you need to be someone ready to take up the responsibility of handling the overalls of multiple YouTube Channels across multiple states. As part of that, we’ll need you to: -
- Own the entire YouTube strategy and its implementation on multiple channels. Come up with effective growth strategies for sustained growth
- Manage the creators, content, and overall production of the videos that’ll go on the channel.
- Lead 4-6 people teams with a good mix of creative and technical skills
- Make data driven decisions and carry out regular data analysis

- The job entails an end-to-end ownership of Arré social media channels and all content (whether produced by Arré, Arré Studio, or any of the upcoming verticals of Arré) published on social media (FB, Twitter, Instagram, Youtube, Linkedin, Snapchat, Substack etc.)
- Ideating on the content calender with the creative team. The social media person will be looked upon to provide on-point insights into social content trends
- Executing posts and copies, ensuring consistency of the Arré tone of voice
- Tracking of metrics - followers, engagement

- Active contribution into the development of a short-format content slate including collaboration with other social pages, talent and influencers
