About the Role :

We are hiring an AI Analyst to work with enterprise clients on the assessment, design, and validation of AI systems. This is a hands-on role at the intersection of business, technology, and responsible AI, focused on building production-ready, scalable, and governed AI solutions aligned with real business outcomes.

Mandatory Skills :

Artificial Intelligence (AI), Large Language Models (LLM), AI Agents, Generative AI, Machine Learning basics, Python, Prompt Engineering, Analytical Thinking.

Key Responsibilities :

• Review existing AI workflows, agents, and LLM usage to identify risks, gaps, and inefficiencies.
• Support the design of AI agent workflows aligned with business requirements.
• Help implement AI guardrails, governance frameworks, and safety mechanisms.
• Design evaluation and validation frameworks to test accuracy, reliability, and cost efficiency.
• Support AI pilot launches and production readiness.
• Communicate AI system behavior and insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills :

• Strong analytical and systems thinking.
• Exposure to LLMs, AI agents, or AI workflows.
• Ability to translate business requirements into AI solutions.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments.

Preferred :

Fullstack Developer:

We are looking for an onsite Fullstack Developer experienced with Fullstack technologies, Cloud and IoT solutions. For the agile development of our web, mobile, and cloud applications and IoT products, building efficient, reliable and scalable solutions. A hands-on coding role, where you will build and manage your own team.

Tasks:

·        Development of modern based applications in the back-end

·       Good to have Experience with GraphQL and Kubernetes as well as state management solutions (Redux, Saga)

·       Fluent in English.

Nice to have:

What you will do

We’re looking for efficient Youtube Channel Managers who will help to take vision forward. The vision being to be the first ones in the market to bring exclusive and authentic content related to state-level exams.

So, you need to be someone ready to take up the responsibility of handling the overalls of multiple YouTube Channels across multiple states. As part of that, we’ll need you to: -

• Own the entire YouTube strategy and its implementation on multiple channels. Come up with effective growth strategies for sustained growth
• Manage the creators, content, and overall production of the videos that’ll go on the channel.

As a Principal Full-stack engineer, you will work across the Acceldata platform products. We’re looking for people with a strong background or inclination towards data engineering and systems; you’re comfortable in dealing with lots of moving pieces and can work at the  intersection of Databases, API's and Frontends

You will:          

• Be actively involved in strategic direction and product decisions.
• Design, build and maintain APIs, user-facing experiences, and services.
• Work closely with our customers and sales teams on a regular basis to carve out new features and use cases
• Work with MVC frameworks such as React or Angular 
• Work with database systems, RDBMS, Mongo, Elastic Search.

• 10+ years of significant of web-application development experience in one or more JS frameworks. You care about building better products.
• Strong Computer Science fundamentals in data structures, algorithm design, and problem-solving.
• You're as comfortable writing plain JavaScript as working with modern frameworks like Angular. You've built your own controls and widgets in JavaScript. 
• You write unit tests for your JavaScript (really, you do). You've probably used Node. You have built complex JS web applications.
• Organized, thorough, and detail-oriented
