Job Title: SailPoint IdentityNow Consultant

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced SailPoint IdentityNow Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions, with hands-on experience in SailPoint IdentityNow implementation, development, and cloud integration. This role involves working closely with clients to design, configure, and deploy IAM solutions that meet business and security requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and configure SailPoint IdentityNow solutions for enterprise clients.
• Develop custom connectors, workflows, and rules within SailPoint IdentityNow.
• Integrate SailPoint with cloud platforms (Azure AD, AWS, GCP) and on-prem applications.
• Perform identity lifecycle management, access certification, and role-based access control.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to identity provisioning and governance.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
• Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityNow (implementation & development).
• Proficiency in Java, BeanShell scripting, and REST APIs for customization.
• Experience in cloud integration with major platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Knowledge of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) concepts.
• Familiarity with authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ.
• Knowledge of DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
• Certifications in SailPoint or IAM technologies.

Your responsibilities as a Full Stack Developer * Write clean codes with relevant test cases

Roles & Responsibilities-

• Prototype quickly and optimize iteratively
• Integrating front end with server-side logic
• Implement security and data protection measures
• Document the work properly
• Implement feedback received from end-users
• Deployment on cloud
• Understanding of code versioning tools like git

Experience-

• Must have at least 2-3 years of experience in MEAN Stack development i.e MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, and Node.js
• Extensive Experience in API integration and development.
• Working knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Experience with version control systems and repository management.
• Passionate about writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Strong analytical and debugging skills and experience building consumer systems at scale.

Required skillset
Applicants must have knowledge and experience in the following:

• Backend frameworks like nodejs, expressjs
• Working with RDBMS
• Familiarity with MongoDB would be beneficial
• HTML, CSS & JavaScript
• Frontend frameworks like Angular, React / Svelte
• A web servers like Nginx

 Determine annual sales and profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results, in the field of e-Governance, Large IT System Integration Projects, Smart City, ERP, Cloud, BI, IOT, AI, blockchain, Digitisation and Software Applications.

 Handle Team of 5000 people.
Handle PAN India Sales team for DSC Sales

• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs

Certified Ethical Hacker Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
• CEH Certification.
• Proven work experience of at least 2-5 years as a Certified Ethical Hacker.
• Effective Programming Skills required but not limited to HTML, JavaScript, Python, PHP, SQL etc.
• Advanced knowledge of networking systems and security software.
• In-depth knowledge of parameter manipulation, session hijacking, and cross-site scripting.
• Technical knowledge of routers, firewalls, and server systems.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Good troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to see big-picture system flaws.
