Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN stack.
• Build and optimize APIs for maximum speed and scalability.
• Implement responsive UI/UX components using React.js.
• Work closely with the product, design, and backend teams to create high-quality user experiences.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software.
• Collaborate in a fast-paced Agile environment.
• Ensure code quality through unit testing and code reviews.
• Integrate third-party APIs and services when necessary.
• Monitor and improve front-end performance.

Required Skills:

• Proficient in JavaScript, including ES6+ syntax.
• Strong experience with MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and experience in building them.
• Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
• Understanding of cloud platforms and deployment processes (AWS, Docker, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or Context API.
• Knowledge of TypeScript is a plus.
• Familiarity with modern build pipelines and tools (Webpack, Babel, etc.).
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest or Mocha.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Provide a delightful renting experience to customers

2. Help maximize sales at all opportunities and provides a friendly and welcoming environment

3. Achieve individual/team sales targets

4. Communicate effectively with customers to determine needs

5. Demonstrate ways to increase store productivity

6. Apply sales transaction knowledge to process routine discounts, gift certificate sales, special orders, exchanges, refunds, credit vouchers and alterations

7. Participate in all merchandising activities including, but not limited to daily stock maintenance, product transfers, and floor changeovers

8. Maintain a professional and personal appearance consistent with established guidelines

9. Actively support securing company assets through effective loss prevention in compliance with company policies and procedures

10. Accurately enters customer and product information into company backend tools on a day to day basis

11. Ensure ease of customer shopping experience by maintaining replenishment, quality checks, visual merchandising and hygiene standards

3. Co ordinating with clients to understand their requirement and delivering the same on time

• Relevant Experience : Minimum 2 Years
• You have prior experience developing and working on consumer facing web/app products
• Hands-on experience on Python. Exceptions can be made if you’re really good on any other language with experience on building web/app based tech products
• Experience in at least one of the following frameworks - Django, Flask, Falcon, web2py, Twisted, Tornado
• Working knowledge of MySQL, MongoDB, Redis
• Good understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms and Operating Systems
• You've worked with core AWS services in the past and have experience with EC2, ELB, AutoScaling, CloudFront, S3
• You can dabble in Frontend codebases using HTML, CSS and Javascript
