We are a fast-growing SaaS company expanding into the US market and seeking a driven Business Development / Lead Generation Specialist to accelerate our growth. This role requires a blend of strategic planning and hands-on execution ā ideal for a competitive and results-oriented professional.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, research, and generate qualified leads across multiple channels including LinkedIn, email, calls, and digital campaigns
Build, track, and manage a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
Collaborate closely with the sales team to schedule demos and ensure smooth client handoffs
Meet and exceed monthly lead generation & conversion targets
Track outreach KPIs and optimize campaigns for improved efficiency
