Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and high-performing Business Development Executive with proven

experience in product-based sales, particularly ERP solutions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives

in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving business growth through strategic client

engagement and solution-based selling.

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through outbound prospecting (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach) and manage inbound enquiries.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for ERP and related solutions.
• Identify and prospect mid-size to enterprise-level clients across multiple industries.
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations and value-based presentations tailored to client needs.
• Own the entire sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, proposal, negotiation, and closure.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking in CRM tools; ensure timely follow-ups and reporting.
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Required Skills

• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in ERP products (e.g., Odoo, SAP, Oracle, etc.)
• Solid understanding of ERP workflows (Finance, HR, Manufacturing, etc.).
• Demonstrated success in cold calling, lead generation, and closing deals.
• Strong communication and consultative selling skills with the ability to influence
• decision-makers.
• Experience in enterprise buying cycles, building a pipeline, and consultative sales processes.
• Experience managing the complete sales cycle, including account management and renewals.
• Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
• MBA (Sales/Marketing) is an added advantage.

We are seeking a Delivery-Driven ERP Project Manager to lead and ensure the successful

implementation of ERP solutions across multiple client engagements. The role requires strong expertise in business requirement analysis, ERP implementation life-cycle, sprint planning, and delivery governance to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

The candidate will act as the single point of accountability between clients, functional

consultants, and development teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Requirement Structuring & BRD Governance

• Lead detailed requirement discovery workshops with clients
• Convert BRD into structured functional specifications
• Break requirements into clear development tasks and sprint deliverables
• Ensure business expectations are clearly aligned with ERP capabilities.

2. Delivery Planning & Timeline Enforcement

• Create project roadmaps, sprint plans, and milestone schedules
• Ensure development teams adhere to weekly delivery targets
• Track progress through task boards, sprint reviews, and delivery dashboards
• Escalate delays proactively and drive corrective actions.

3. Developer Coordination & Productivity Monitoring

• Assign tasks to developers based on module expertise
• Monitor development progress and ensure coding tasks match functional scope
• Identify bottlenecks, technical blockers, or misalignment early
• Ensure proper documentation of modules, configurations, and customisation.

4. Client Communication & Expectation Management

• Act as primary project interface with clients
• Provide weekly progress updates and milestone reports
• Manage change requests and prevent uncontrolled scope expansion
• Maintain alignment between client expectations and delivery timelines.

5. Testing & Quality Assurance

• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Ensure issues raised during UAT are tracked and resolved systematically
• Validate functional correctness before deployment.

6. Deployment & Go-Live Management

• Plan production deployments, data migration, and go-live support
• Ensure smooth transition from implementation to support
• Maintain post-go-live stabilisation plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and customise Odoo modules based on business requirements.
• Design, develop, and maintain ERP applications using the Odoo framework.
• Implement and customise Odoo Manufacturing (MRP) modules including Work Orders, Bills of Materials (BoM), Routings, and Production Planning.
• Integrate third-party applications and APIs using web services.
• Work with the PostgreSQL database for data management, optimisation, and administration.
• Develop Odoo views, reports, and UI components using HTML, CSS, XML.
• Support server deployment, troubleshooting, and performance optimisation of Odoo applications.
• Understand and enhance existing Odoo functionalities and provide technical improvements.
• Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Interact with clients and functional teams to understand requirements and support project delivery.

Required Skills

• 2 years of experience in Odoo (OpenERP) development and customisation.
• Hands-on experience in Odoo Manufacturing (MRP) module implementation and customisation.
• Familiarity with Python web frameworks such as Django or Flask.
• Strong understanding of Object-Orientated Programming (OOP).
• Experience with web services and API integrations.
