Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and self‑driven Marketing Manager who can independently manage and execute the overall marketing function. The role demands expertise in both traditional and digital marketing, with the ability to plan, implement, and monitor campaigns end‑to‑end.
You will be responsible for enhancing brand visibility, generating leads, and aligning marketing strategies with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute quarterly and annual marketing plans.
- Plan and manage campaigns for product promotion, lead generation, and brand building.
- Oversee PPC campaigns (Google Ads, paid media) and optimise for ROI.
- Drive SEO initiatives and manage website performance.
- Lead content creation across blogs, social media, brochures, case studies, and videos.
- Manage exhibitions, trade shows, and offline marketing activities.
- Collaborate with sales teams for lead management and CRM integration.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and prepare performance dashboards.
- Monitor KPIs, prepare reports, and run A/B tests for continuous optimisation.
Requirements
- 9+ years of marketing experience (preferably B2B).
- Strong expertise in digital marketing (PPC, SEO, analytics).
- Excellent communication, planning, and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Analytics, Search Console, MS Office, and CRM systems.
- Knowledge of WordPress/CMS platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently with high ownership.
Desirable Skills
- Experience with LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram marketing.
- Familiarity with email marketing tools/automation platforms.
- Creative thinking and copywriting ability.
- Google certifications are an added advantage.
