JD- Senior Flutter Developer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Flutter Developer with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mobile app development using Flutter, with a focus on building high-quality, performance-driven applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mobile App Development: Design and develop mobile applications using Flutter framework, ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and scalability.
• UI/UX Design Implementation: Translate UI/UX designs into high-quality code, with a focus on maintaining consistency and adherence to design guidelines.
• Cross-Platform Development: Leverage Flutter's cross-platform capabilities to develop applications that run seamlessly on both iOS and Android platforms.
• API Integration: Integrate with backend services and APIs to fetch and process data, ensuring seamless communication between the mobile app and server-side components.
• Code Optimization: Identify and address performance bottlenecks and optimize code for maximum efficiency and speed.
• Testing and Debugging: Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure the stability and reliability of the mobile applications.
• Version Control: Collaborate with the development team to manage code repositories using version control systems such as Git.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for codebase, APIs, and development processes to facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in mobile app development, with a focus on Flutter framework.
• Proficiency in Dart programming language and Flutter SDK.
• Strong understanding of mobile app architecture and design patterns.
• Experience with state management solutions such as Provider, Bloc, or Redux.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.
• Familiarity with mobile app testing frameworks such as Flutter Test or Mockito.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Experience with agile development methodologies is a plus.

Main Responsibilities:

• Logging all relevant incident/service request details, allocating categorization and prioritization codes.

• Providing first-line investigation and diagnosis using approved tools, systems and procedures.

• Resolving/fulfilling incidents/service requests that are in scope.

• Technical Escalations - escalating incidents/service requests that cannot be resolved/fulfilled within agreed timescales or are out of Service Desk/1st Line scope, to the next level technical team which may include 3rd Parties or other non-Assurance functions.

• Engaging and arranging external technical and non-technical support where hands and eyes support are required on-site.

• Following-up with external technical and non-technical support organizations including 3rd parties until incident/request resolution/fulfilment.

• Managerial Escalations – escalating incidents/service requests that are at risk of failing or have failed agreed SLAs/OLAs, or that are out of scope, which may include 3rd Parties or internal roles (e.g. Service Manager, Account Manager).

• Keeping customers informed of progress.

• Owning incidents/requests from ticket creation to resolution/fulfilment/closure.

• Closing all resolved/fulfilled incidents/requests and other queries. • Communication with customers – keeping them informed of incident/request progress, notifying them of impending changes or agreed outages, etc.

• Ensure the Configuration Management System (CMS) is maintained/updated.

• Maintain an exceptional level of customer service during any engagements with Customers/3rd Parties/Internal Teams.

• Ensure communication at all times is clear, concise, meaningful, professional and efficient.

• Provide feedback to appropriate Line Manager on how the Service Desk (Tier 1 and Escalation Management) and supporting functions can improve.

• Identify need for Problem Management for reoccurring Incidents/Events.

• Understanding of and familiarity with Customers’ services and solutions.

• Compliance with Service Operations processes (Event Management, Incident Management, Request Fulfilment, Change Management, and Problem Management) and associated metrics (SLAs/OLAs/KPIs/other metrics).

• Actively participate as required in meetings (customer, 3rd party, internal).

• Conducting customer satisfaction call backs/surveys as agreed. • Coach/guide Junior staff and new starters.

• Act as delegate for Senior staff.

• Act as technical escalation gate for Junior staff. • Higher First Line Fix/Right First Time than Junior staff. 

Experience

• 12+ x months experience in Customer Service/Contact Centre/Help Desk/Service Desk role (must).

• 12+ x months in a process driven organization (must).

• Experience working in a multi-cultural/international environment (desirable).

• Experience in fault diagnosis/troubleshooting and fulfilling requests (must).

We are looking for a PHP Developer responsible for managing back-end services and the interchange of data between the server and the users. Your primary focus will be the development of all server-side logic, definition and maintenance of the database, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. You will also be responsible for integrating the front-end elements built by your co-workers into the application. Therefore, a basic understanding of front-end technologies is necessary as well.

Skills And Qualifications

Education Should be ME/MCS/MCA/BE

Requirement

• Strong knowledge of Php frameworks (Laravel, Zend must).

• Strong knowledge of front-end technologies, such as react js or Vue js.

You would be part of:

1. Designing/Improvement of new/existing architectures of distributed computing with subcomponents of Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS).
2. Working/Researching with industrial state of the art sensor systems and modules, and developing drivers (HAL or wrapper) and applications around their usage.
3. Design and implementation of communication protocols between different subcomponents of UAS for distributed computing.
4. Writing Applications and Drivers from the scratch for (embedded)linux based systems.
5. Scripting and automations around work flows of UAS usage.
6. Working with existing sophisticated software stacks of subcomponents of UASs.
7. Working closely with electronics, design and systems teams for architecture development and deployment.
8. Working closely with Flight Controller engineers to do collaborative development of UAVs.

1. Experienced in hands-on development of complex embedded systems involving multiple microcontrollers or SoCs.
2. Very good in analytical abilities to be able to do core research and development activities.
3. Able to write low level drivers (wrapper or core) from the scratch.
4. Very comfortable reading and understanding datasheets and reference manuals of microcontrollers, peripherals, sensors etc.
5. Able to understand existing complex embedded software stack written in C/C++.

9. Having Hands-On experience with RTOS concepts like scheduling, threads synchronicity , race conditions etc.

12. Having Solid understanding of interrupts architecture of ARM based microcontrollers like STM32, LPC etc.
