Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate books of accounts, including day-to-day accounting transactions
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, bank entries, and cash flow records
• Perform bank reconciliation statements (BRS) and ledger scrutiny
• Manage and maintain records in Tally (Advanced level) and other latest accounting software
• Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, and monthly summaries
• Assist in GST compliance, including data preparation and coordination
• Handle basic TDS accounting and compliance
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of invoices, vouchers, and receipts
• Coordinate with internal departments and auditors as required
• Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of Advanced Tally and modern accounting tools
• Proficiency in Advanced Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas)
• Sound understanding of accounting transactions and bookkeeping
• Basic working knowledge of GST and TDS
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Good analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Educational Qualifications

• B.Com (Bachelor of Commerce) from a reputed university or institution

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience
• Experience in real estate, infrastructure, or construction industry will be an added advantage

Role Description

 This is a full-time on-site role based in Pune for an Interior Designer. The Interior Designer will be responsible for creating and executing interior design concepts, including space planning, collaborating with architects, and preparing construction drawings. Day-to-day tasks will involve coordinating with clients, selecting FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment), and overseeing project execution to ensure design integrity and quality.

 Qualifications

 Expertise in Interior Design and Space Planning

Experience with Architecture and preparing Construction Drawings

Knowledge of FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) selection

Strong project management and coordination skills

Excellent communication and client interaction skills

Ability to work on-site in Pune

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field

• Develop and manage apps on React Native platform
• Analyse, code, debug, test, document & deploy applications
• Provide technical leadership and upgrade architecture design and solution to accommodate future expansion
• Ensure quality control processes are successfully employed.
• Experience in React-Native based app development is a must
• Experience in Mobile app development (Cross platform apps)
• Must have published at least 1 major React-Native app
• Knowledge of service workers implementation for Progressive Web Application (PWA)
• Demonstrated ability with HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, jQuery, and other JS frameworks React JS
• Development experience of UI (layouts, animations, etc.)
• Good understanding of Design and Architecture Patterns
• Understanding of iOS and Android Code signing process and deployment model
• Understanding of Unit Testing, Debugging Methodology used in React Native Apps
• Understanding on integration of native modules with React Native code
• Experience with caching and scaling techniques
