Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant to support the CXO in managing daily operations, schedules, and communications. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted partner, ensuring seamless coordination, confidentiality, and efficient execution of tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the CXO’s calendar, appointments, meetings, travel arrangements, and daily schedule with high accuracy and efficiency.
• Track, document, and follow up on all tasks and action items assigned to the CXO to ensure timely completion.
• Prepare meeting agendas, take detailed minutes, and coordinate action items with internal teams.
• Draft, proofread, and organize professional communications, including emails, presentations, and reports.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the CXO.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure systematic documentation and record-keeping.
• Anticipate the CXO’s needs, provide timely reminders, and prepare required materials in advance of meetings.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant; experience in healthcare, technology, or startup environments is preferred.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset with the ability to anticipate needs.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.

We are looking for a dynamic Project Manager who can manage client communication, handle teams, and ensure successful project delivery

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct client meetings and understand project requirements
• Discuss project scope, timelines, and deliverables
• Handle pre-sales activities and support deal closures
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution
• Manage and guide the project team effectively
• Ensure timely and quality project delivery
• Act as a bridge between clients and the technical team

✅ Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT / software project management
• Strong communication & coordination skills
• Client-handling and delivery-oriented mindset
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams

·      7+ years of professional experience in front-end development.

·      5+ years of hands-on experience with React.js and its ecosystem (Redux, Context API, Hooks, etc.)

·      Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.

·      Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and WebSocket integration.

·      Proficiency in modern build tools (Webpack, Vite, Babel, etc.).

·      Expertise in state management libraries (Redux, MobX) and React Query.

·      Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design.

·      Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, etc.).

·      Familiarity with modern CI/CD pipelines and version control tools (Git).

• Design, configure, test, deploy and maintain reusable Automation Anywhere scripts and frameworks.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including the Solution Design Document.
• Work collaboratively with Product Owners and Business Teams during test phases and UAT to test, debug and overcome issues.
• Participate in and contribute to deployment activities inclusive of Pre and Post release activities.
• Work on Automation Anywhere and IQ Bot related solutions as needed.
• Participate in daily team stand-ups, planning sessions, etc.
• Work closely with stakeholders to review and refine business process workflows including identifying areas of possible simplification.
• Lead deployment of new releases / upgrades within RPA.
• Propose and implement system enhancements (software and hardware updates) that will improve the performance and reliability of the system.
