About the Role

We are looking for a Senior HR Operations Manager to lead and scale HR operations in a growing IT services environment. This role requires a strong balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with the ability to bring structure, efficiency, and clarity to people processes while building high-performing HR teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and enhance end-to-end HR operations, including payroll, benefits, statutory compliance, onboarding, and employee engagement
• Lead, mentor, and develop the HR Operations team in alignment with business priorities
• Design, implement, and continuously improve HR policies, processes, frameworks, and HR technology systems
• Manage end-to-end talent acquisition and retention strategies for large teams
• Drive succession planning, performance management, and structured career growth programs
• Partner with managers and senior leadership to address people-related challenges and improve organizational effectiveness

Desired Profile

• Full-time MBA or PGDM

6. Obsessed about long term solutions, yet understands business requirements to deliver projects quickly

Responsibilities

1. Lead the Testbook Android Team of 12+ Android Developers
2. Own the Testbook Android App (2Cr+ Installs) and its related 500+ Apps
3. Work extensively with Product Managers to deliver quality products and features
4. Improve the App Architecture and drive processes for code reviews, releases.
5. Take up occasional challenging Android coding tasks

About Us : 

MUST have skills (not just a class room training experience please) –

1. Hands on experience on Postman/ SOAP UI/ REST ASSURED/JUnit framework for API testing
2. Hands on experience on GIT, JIRA, Jenkins
3. Good Understanding of REST API types (GET, PUT, POST, DELETE) an it’s working
4. Good understanding of HTTP, JSON protocol and syntax
5. Good understanding of Message Schema, RAML, Message Request-Response mechanism
6. Working experience in Agile methodology.
7. Strong written and verbal communication skills (English).
8. The candidate should be good with communication as he/she will be interacting with global teams very often.

GOOD to have –

1. Understanding of STUB/Service virtualization
2. Understanding of any API testing tools like –Rest Client, Anypoint etc.
3. Been able to understand Retail Banking functions/requirements.

Key Activities

• Primary responsibility for test automation within Agile delivery streams
• Experience with building test automation frameworks and Continued Integration
  • Some amount of manual exploratory testing
  • Test preparation, test design, execution and reporting
  • Defect management lifecycle exposure (using Jira) from defect reporting to tracking to closure
  • Writing test plans and test completion reports
  • Active in Agile meetings when required for planning, retrospectives

Key Requirements-

Experience required- 0 to 2 years

1. Having a personal Mac book is preferred.

2. Knowledge of Java, Objective-C, Swift, web technologies, and UI/UX standards (Mandatory)

3. Good understanding of iOS release cycle and familiarity with CI/CD platform and pipelines

4. Knowledge of iOS frameworks such as Core Data, Core Animation, etc.

5. Proficient understanding of code versioning tools

6. Understanding of Apple's design principles and interface guidelines.

7. Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Roles and Responsibilities :

1. Writing clean and efficient codes for IOS applications.

2. Troubleshooting and bug fixes for applications, to ensure that codes are clean and secure.

3. Developing new features and user interfaces from wireframe models

4. Recommending changes and enhancements

5. Writing clean, readable, and testable codes.

6. Staying up to date with new mobile technologies trends, applications, and protocols.
