We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Node.js Developer with expertise in SQL and MongoDB to join our dynamic team.

As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for managing the interchange of data between the server and users, as well as developing server-side logic. Your primary focus will be on the development of all server-side logic, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. Additionally, your experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases will be crucial in defining and maintaining our data storage solutions.

Responsibilities:

 Develop and maintain server-side applications using Node.js.

 Design and implement RESTful APIs for seamless integration with front-end applications.

 Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.

 Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

 Implement security and data protection measures.

 Design and maintain database schemas for both SQL (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB) databases.

 Manage and mentor junior developers, providing technical guidance and support.

 Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices.

Requirements:

 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

 Minimum 4 years of experience in Node.js development.

 Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and frameworks such as Express.js.

 Strong understanding of asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture.

 Experience with SQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and proficiency in writing complex SQL queries.

 Experience with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB) and familiarity with their query languages.

 Familiarity with ORM libraries (e.g., Sequelize, Mongoose) for database interaction.

 Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).

 Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.

 Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

 Ability to lead and mentor a team of developers.

Lead the L2 support operations

● Conduct RCA for recurring issues and drive process improvement

● Handle major incidents and provide expert resolutions

● Mentor and review the work of junior support engineers

● Deliver weekly performance reports and insights

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain high-quality, efficient, and scalable backend applications.
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Write clean, well-documented, and testable code adhering to best practices.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
• Debug and troubleshoot complex technical problems.
• Identify and implement performance optimizations.
• Participate in code reviews
• Hands-on experience with Springboot, Java 8 and above.
• 2-5 years of experience developing Java applications.
• Knowledge about at least one messaging system like Kafka, RabbitMQ etc.
• Required React developer requirements, qualifications & skills:
• Proficiency in React.js and its core principles
• Strong JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 skills
• Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Redux)
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles.
• Experience with design patterns and best practices for Java development.
• Proficient in unit testing frameworks (e.g., JUnit).
• Experience with build automation tools (e.g., Maven, Gradle).
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Experience with one of these databases – Postgres, MongoDb, Cassandra
• Knowledge on Retail or OMS is a plus.
• Experienced in containerized deployments using Docker, Kubernetes and DevOps mindset
• Ability to reverse engineer existing/legacy and document findings on confluence.
• Create automated tests for unit, integration, regression, performance, and functional testing, to meet established expectations and acceptance criteria.

In this role, you will:

• Oversee and manage the project pipeline, ensuring alignment with business objectives and resource availability.
• Collaborate with Sellers, Finance, Leadership, and Legal teams to facilitate contract negotiation, closure, and achieve targeted business outcomes.
• Act as a bridge between Sellers and the Professional Services team, ensuring seamless communication and alignment of project & services objectives.
• Maintain close communication with the sales team to understand client expectations and requirements, offering tailored solutions and insights accordingly.
• Help the Resource Managers make informed resourcing decisions based on the project pipeline, optimizing team capabilities and project requirements.
• Develop intuitive reports and dashboards, leveraging data to derive insights, monitor progress, and facilitate informed decision-making, providing concise and informative updates to leadership.
• Analyze metrics and key performance indicators within the Professional Services team, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
• Drive the creation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the Professional Services function, seeking opportunities for process improvement within the delivery workflow.
• Work collaboratively with diverse teams to identify business problems, develop solutions, streamline operations, implement automations, integrations, and simplify operating processes.

• It is essential to have good English communication skills.
• It would be preferable to have 2 to 8 years' experience in an Operations or similar role. Experience with SaaS and Customer Service is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools..
• Having experience with reporting tools and knowledge of CPaas, Firewall
• Action-oriented and excellent interpersonal skills
• Collaborative skills across departments.

• Design and develop innovative web applications that draw the user’s attention
• Write reusable, effective, and scalable JavaScript code
• Build modular and reusable components and libraries
• Implement front-end components with progressive Vue.js framework
• Translate the client’s technical specifications into code
• Test, update and optimize the application for performance and security

• Min. of 10+ years of overall exp., with min. 4-5years as a Scrum Master
• Technical background. Should have worked in Development background and not Testing background.
• B.Tech / B.E / Engineering discipline
• CSM (Certified Scrum Master), PSM (Professional Scrum Master) I/II certifications or any other Scrum related certification
• SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) experience
• Excellent in stakeholder communication

Responsibilities

• Understands aspects of Agile methodology in terms of Product Quality.
• Defect tracking tool like JIRA, Bugzilla etc.

Requirements

• Experience in Programming any language, preferably Java, OOPS concepts.
• Experience in API testing (Web Services), Web testing, Android and iOS Apps.
• Experience in writing SQL queries and exposure to MySQL DB, Mongo DB (good to have).
• Experience in Eclipse, IntelliJ, JUnit, Maven, TestNG, POI and respective open source tools.
• Experience in Selenium Web Driver for automation of Web and App.
• Experience in at least two design patterns.
• Experience in Apache, Tomcat and Unix/ Linux.
• Experience analytical, problem solving and communication skills.
• Good to have Jenkins exposure for CI/CD pipeline.
• Good to have Security, and Jmeter Performance testing experience.
• Must have good communication skill and should be a good team player with go getter" attitude.
• Good to have ISTQB certification.
• Should be from either of B.E., B.Tech, M.Tech, MCA background.
