1.      Should be very good at designing webpages, landing pages & related pop-ups, banners etc         

2.      Should be very good at designing design brochures, blog images, flyers, wall branding, event related designs, etc.  

3.      Should be able to work with designers in the marketing team, both in-house as well as freelancers, to get the creatives done on time.          

4.      Should be very good at editing HTML and WordPress pages          

5.      Should excel at creating modern and engaging designs for corporate clients.           

6.      Should be able to come up with good options for a concept/theme in addition to the design itself.   

7.      Should be able to created HTML5 ads for digital marketing campaigns      

Basic Requirements:

1.  Any Graduation or 10+2 if he has experience.

2.  Should have knack to design and create a superior designs without much external mentoring.

3.  Written and verbal communication skill. Should be able to write emails and should have conversations skills.

4.  Should have worked in teams plus been an individual contributor.

5.  Should have compulsorily work in IT industry.

6.  Should be able to show relevant examples from past experience."            

* Proficient with Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
* Brief knowledge of testing tools like JIRA, Scrum etc.
* Basic knowledge of PHP or worked on Wordpress/Laravel/CodeIgniter.
* Basic knowledge of any coding language too.

Embedded Systems Engineer.
Role:-
1. PCB design of ECU of vehicle.
2. CAN communication interfacing.
3. Data logging and sensor interfacing.
4. IOT gateway interfacing.

You will be responsible for: Taking control of the development of these products, work in association with technology team to maintain and build these platforms. Leading the team of developers and defining the technology roadmap Implementing and maintaining features in Kraftshala’s applications, web services and products. Interacting with product and design teams to spec, build, test and deploy new features Improving testing, streamlining product releases and maintain product quality Understanding and implementing security and data protection Maintaining code integrity and organisation Designing overall architecture of the web applications Maintaining quality and ensure responsiveness of applications. Collaborating with the rest of the engineering team to design and launch new features. Maintaining code integrity and organization What you need Engineering degree in Computer Science or Information Technology from a tier 1 engineering college with 4-6 years of web and/or mobile development experience Exposure to building web and mobile applications and services on the web platform with PHP (Laravel), AngularJS, ReactJS, MongoDB 7, MySQL, AWS, JavaScript, HTML and CSS Strong product and design sensibilities and an obsessive attention to detail. Experience working with graphic designers and converting designs to visual elements. Strong communication skills, get-things-done attitude, and empathy Comfortable working across the stack including prototyping, development, testing and deployment Able to take complex problems and break them down into smaller tasks Comfortable with iterative development practices and code reviews Deep understanding of software development principles Plus points Experience working on large scale PHP applications Experience leading a team Experience with Data & ML based applications Previous experience as a part of a product oriented team Contributions to open-source ecosystem
