Digital Marketing & Social Media Intern

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• 2-4 years of experience designing in consumer-focused product companies. (Bonus points if you've worked in startups or fintech!)
• Gather requirements from stakeholders, derive problem statements and plan design engagements. Also, proactively launch efforts to improve different aspects of the product.
• Ensuring design quality, consistency, and coherence within the product.
• Design flows and experiences that are incredibly simple and elegant.
• Collaborate and conduct user research and evaluate user feedback on designs and do iterations according to feedback.
• Experiment and validate design ideas and opinions.
• Expert-level understanding of the design tools (Figma/Adobe Suite/etc.) It would be a bonus if you know exactly how to create super cool micro-interactions using any tool like Principle, AfterEffects or ProtoPie.
• A collaborative team player who can work well with Product, Engineering, Business and Customer experience teams to ensure that everyone is aligned with the design vision.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• You've a tech mindset. Although, you are not expected to code.
• You have strong opinions, loosely held
• You spend time agonising over the meta-design details but know when to choose progress over perfection.
• You have experience designing cross-platform experiences, from the web to native mobile.
• You know how to use Al tools like Midjourney.

Job Description: 

• Experience in Core Java, Spring Boot.

• Experience in microservices.

• Extensive experience in developing enterprise-scale systems for global organization. Should possess good architectural knowledge and be aware of enterprise application design patterns.

• Should be able to analyze, design, develop and test complex, low-latency client-facing applications.

• Good development experience with RDBMS in SQL Server, Postgres, Oracle or DB2

• Good knowledge of multi-threading

• Basic working knowledge of Unix/Linux

• Excellent problem solving and coding skills in Java

• Strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.

• Should be able to express their design ideas and thoughts.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Acquire targeted business clients by actively optimizing pipelines and sourcing new leads by a daily cold call on the field until they are engaged.
• Maintain relationships with prospective, new & existing clients to add on new services and increase the business revenue.
• Achieve forecasted sales goals. 
• Manage the sales funnel and source leads and take daily follow-up with them for acquisition
• Plan and execute sales activities that will ensure sales growth objectives.
• Be able to properly demonstrate product presentation and benefits of Company instrumentation to customers.
• Set demo session with the potential customer to convert 
• Meet customer requirements (responsive, schedule conscious, etc) and maintain a relationship
• Provide forecasts, reports, marketing intelligence, and competitor information to build strategies & increase business revenues.
• Attend and represent the Company at local and national exhibitions and meetings.
• On-board customers and keep the communication alive to build high CSAT scores.
• Handle after-sales services & queries of the client.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. ·       Identifying quality lead and bringing up the projects for the company through different online platforms
2. ·       Bidding on various portals like PPH/ GURU/ UPWORK / Freelancer and other relevant online platforms
3. ·       Handle the initial discussions and collect the strategic information about the prospects
4. ·       Understand complex project requirements and prepare proposal /bid to generate leads
5. ·       Continue prospect engagement and account management throughout the sales cycle until closure.
6. ·       Independently collaborate with the technical team for presentation with prospects.
7. ·       Scout for new bidding platforms and websites to catch out the opportunities.

9. Skill & Experience Required
10. ·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of converting the prospect with good linguistic ability.
11. ·       Must have 1-3 years of experience in Web Development & Mobile Apps project acquisition and closure through the online bidding platforms.
12. ·       Experience with lead generation and prospect management via various online platforms.
13. ·       Must have sound technical knowledge of advanced Web and Mobile technologies trending today.
14. ·       Lead generation through LinkedIn, database, and other social networks.
15. ·       Ability to handle the sales independently or as part of a team

17. Education: Degree/ any diploma
