Responsibilities:
● Plan and execute all digital marketing, performance marketing campaigns including SEO/SEM, app marketing, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
● Performing App Store Optimization & Search Engine Optimization activities for generating organic traffic.
● Design, build and maintain our social media presence.
● Promoting app on various platforms.
● Creating viral & trendy content.
● Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
● Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
● Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests.
● Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages, web pages and other merchandising collaterals and optimise the user experience.
● Utilise the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
● Instrument conversion points and optimise user funnels.
● Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
● Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
● Participate in market and user research to identify new product features, trends and opportunities that will drive our business growth and transformation.
● Monitor cohort performance from channels and campaigns, conduct research and use it to understand user needs, identify key improvement areas, product & process iterations for driving sales & user growth.

Requirements:
● MBA/BBA/B.E/B.Tech degree in Marketing, Engineering or a related field.
● 3+ years experience in online advertising/marketing digital marketing.
● Experience in Organic Traffic Generation
● Experience in Social Media Optimization and Marketing
● Experience with Data Analytics for ASO and SEO.
● Experience in Keyword Research and Optimisation
● Experience in Competitor Analysis
● Understanding of How metadata differs across store pages and platforms.
● Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, performance marketing, app marketing, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
● Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
● Experience in optimising landing pages and user funnels
● Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
● Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Firebase and others)
● Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., Taboola, DV 360, others )
● Experience in setting up and optimising Google Adwords campaigns
● Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
● Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
● Excellent written and verbal communication.
● Experience in Digital Marketing with a specific focus in Google Ad words, Facebook Ads
● Responsible for creating and scaling Facebook, Adwords marketing campaigns
● Analyse data from various sources (Google Analytics, Facebook analytics, etc.) and find insights on how to grow faster
