At AM:PM, we’re building a creator-first news app for Gen Z and Millennials. Short, fact-checked videos that help people understand a story and flip to a credible counter-view.

Behind that is a team of writers, video editors, designers and content producers. We need someone who knows where to find them, understands their work and can take a good candidate from the first conversation to joining day.

What you’ll own

• Find talent through LinkedIn, Instagram, Behance, colleges, referrals and creative communities.
• Review portfolios and showreels. Tell us who stands out and why.
• Work with hiring managers to understand each role and build focused shortlists.
• Handle screening calls, interviews, offers and follow-ups.
• Keep the hiring tracker current and candidates informed.

What we’re looking for

• 2–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably at a media company, creative agency or content-led startup.
• A track record of hiring writers, editors, designers or other creative talent.
• An eye for content and design. You can recognise a strong hook, good storytelling and thoughtful visual execution.
• Clear communication, consistent follow-through and the ability to close hires.

Your focus will be recruitment, end to end. You’ll work closely with the team and take ownership of getting the right people on board.

We are looking for a highly skilled DevOps/Cloud Engineer with over 6 years of experience in infrastructure automation, cloud platforms, networking, and security. If you are passionate about designing scalable systems and love solving complex cloud and DevOps challenges—this opportunity is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage cloud-native infrastructure using Kubernetes (K8s), Helm, Terraform, and Ansible
• Automate provisioning and orchestration workflows for cloud and hybrid environments
• Manage and optimize deployments on AWS, Azure, and GCP for high availability and cost efficiency
• Troubleshoot and implement advanced network architectures including VPNs, firewalls, load balancers, and routing protocols
• Implement and enforce security best practices: IAM, encryption, compliance, and vulnerability management
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to improve CI/CD workflows and system observability

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in DevOps, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and cloud-native systems
• Expertise in Helm, Terraform, and Kubernetes
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS and Azure
• Solid understanding of networking, firewall configurations, and security protocols
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar
• Strong problem-solving skills and a performance-first mindset

UI/UX Developer Responsibilities:

• Analyse business needs and produce detailed wireframes that meet

strategic objectives 


• Researching and evaluating usability.
• Developing Innovative, interactive designs for websites / mobile applications
• Coding website / mobile applications structure (Training or POC experience in building UI/UX, Training knowledge or certification in Node Js, React Js, HTML, CSS)

UI/UX Developer Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience as UI/UX developer
• Bachelor's degree in web development or a similar field.

• Computer programming skills.
• Experience in a fast-paced software environment, and an ability to

Skills Required:

• 7+ years of experience as software engineer.
• Experience in Dot.Net technologies - Asp.Net MVC, WebAPI, .NetCore
• Experience in ORM like Entity Framework /Dapper
• Experience with Object-Oriented Design and SOLID principles
• Experience with Unit Testing, Mocking and Dependency Injection frameworks
• Experience with SQL Server, NoSQL or other database technology
• Experience with software quality, testing procedures and build automation tools
• Knowledge of the Principles & Patterns of Agile Software
• Ability to understand and troubleshoot existing code and maintain existing systems.
• Ability to identity performance bottlenecks.
• Experience working with version control tools such as GIT and CI/CD tools.
