Understand buyer requirements, themes, and specifications to create customized product designs and samples accordingly.
Coordinate with tailors, artisans, and production teams for sample development and execution of new product ideas.
Ensure timely completion of sampling, product development, and design approvals as per buyer deadlines.
Maintain high standards of creativity, quality, and attention to detail in all design and development activities.
Work closely with merchandising and production teams to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
Prepare design sheets, product specifications, and presentations for internal teams and buyers.
