Job role:

Core skill required:

• In-depth knowledge of Angular 8 or above , Typescript, JavaScript , HTML, and CSS
• Should have adequate knowledge of API Development Technologies to guide the Team to develop the API code and get it tested
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and mentor technical teams

Primary skills:

·        6+ years of experience in .NET Framework like C#, dotnet core, Angular 8+ version, Type Script

·        Minimum 5 years of experience on Web Application development HTML, CSS, JavaScript/JQuery, Entity framework and Linq Queries

·        Been on a Lead role and led a team of 3-5 people for a period of 1 - 2 years

As an IT Technical Lead, you will play a crucial role in managing and leading a team of IT professionals. You will be responsible for providing technical guidance, overseeing project execution, and ensuring the successful delivery of IT solutions. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving innovation, implementing best practices, and maintaining a high level of technical excellence within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Lead a team of IT professionals, including developers, engineers, and support staff. Provide guidance, mentorship, and technical expertise to ensure team members' growth and success. Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.

Technical Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement a strategic technical roadmap aligned with the organization's goals and objectives. Stay up to date with emerging technologies and trends, and assess their applicability to the organization's IT infrastructure. Make recommendations for technology adoption or enhancements.

Project Management: Oversee the execution of IT projects, including resource allocation, task assignments, and timelines. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure successful project delivery. Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and resolve issues as they arise.

Technical Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert in various IT domains, such as software development, infrastructure management, cybersecurity, and data management. Stay informed about industry best practices and provide guidance on technical standards, frameworks, and methodologies. Conduct research and evaluation of new technologies to support business objectives.

Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, product managers, and other IT teams. Effectively communicate technical concepts and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Foster strong relationships with external vendors and partners.

Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Assist in troubleshooting complex technical issues and provide guidance to team members in resolving them. Identify root causes, implement corrective actions, and develop preventive measures to avoid similar issues in the future. Ensure the timely resolution of critical incidents.

Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the IT department by identifying areas for optimization, streamlining processes, and implementing automation where applicable. Promote a culture of innovation, learning, and knowledge sharing within the team.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Proven experience in a technical leadership role, managing and leading a team of IT professionals.

Strong technical background in one or more IT domains, such as software development, infrastructure management, cybersecurity, or data management.

In-depth knowledge of industry best practices, emerging technologies, and trends.

Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

Demonstrated ability to drive innovation, implement process improvements, and foster a culture of continuous learning.

Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for monitoring project deliverables on day to day basis 
• Required to update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project's progress. 
• Assist, train, and ensure project team members with tasks that you have assigned to them. 
• Test the product modules and manage the change request, bug reports, etc. 
• Assist project managers in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and progress reports. 
• Facilitate communication between intern stakeholders, clients, vendors, and management. 

Qualifications:

•  Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. 
• 3+ years of relevant Project Management experience. 
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills for documentation, user stories, etc. 
• Proficient in MS Excel, and Presentation. Proficient in Jira, Confluence, and Notion is a plus. 
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills. 
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. 
• Ability to work well in a team environment. 
• Experience with project management tools and software. 
• Ability to identify project risks and issues, and develop mitigation plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or Engineering equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years experience in product development
• Responsible, organized, and possess critical thinking with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to demonstrate good analytical problem-solving abilities and strong leadership aptitude
• Able to work at both abstract and detailed level
• Must be fluent in English, and strong communication skills.
• Motivated self-starter that likes to work as part of a team

Technical Requirements

• Strong experience in Core Java 8 and above, Collections and Data structures.
• Develop solutions using core java, Spring / Spring Boot, JSON, Rest API, and other web technologies.
• Hands-on with UI development with strong experience in HTML5, JavaScript, CSS3, Responsive UI. An added advantage for exposure to Angular. Knowledge of Liferay will be added advantage. Ability to design and develop UIs and end-to-end integration.
• Object-oriented analysis and design using common design patterns.
• Enforcing and Writing code following good standards (well documented with good code coverage and properly tested code).
• Excellent knowledge of Relational Databases, SQL, and ORM technologies (Hibernate and Mybatis). Ability to model & design databases for high availability and high volume.
• Ability to design and build a scalable platform with APIs.
• Strong programming skills, as well as the ability to review complex code bases written by others.
• Strong knowledge of test-driven development and continuous integration
• Exposure to security, application clustering, and load balancing techniques.
• Passion for collaboration and working on agile teams. Prior experience with working on fast-paced milestones using flexible and adaptive methodologies.

- Lead the development of a new web application,

- Oversee and guide the work of junior developers,

- Discuss high-level technical problems with the tech lead,

- Discuss user experience with the customer representative,

- Write high-quality code across the whole stack (MERN),

- Review code of the junior developers,
- Manage the team and product development.

Requirements:
