About the Role:

We’re hiring an experienced Instructional Designer to craft impactful and interactive corporate learning experiences. If you're hands-on with tools like Storyline, Vyond, Adobe XD, and have a passion for innovation in learning, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop eLearning content using Storyline, Rise, Camtasia, Captivate, and Lectora
• Provide clear development instructions to course developers
• Create custom interactives, interactive videos, and conceptual maps
• Hands-on video creation using Vyond, Powtoon, Synthesia
• Develop 2D/3D digital character illustrations
• Apply design thinking, UI/UX principles, and interaction design
• Collaborate with global stakeholders, especially US-based teams

Must-Have Skills:

• Authoring Tools: Storyline, Rise, Captivate, Camtasia, Lectora
• Video Tools: Vyond, Powtoon, Adobe Creative Suite, Synthesia
• Design Skills: Adobe XD, Custom Interactives, Concept Mapping

Requirement-

1. You have a strong understanding of React.js and its workings.
2. You're skilled in a JavaScript
3. Experience with common React.js workflows like Flux or Redux is important.
4. You're familiar with RESTful APIs.
5. Knowledge of modern security measures like JSON Web Token is important.
6. You're comfortable using tools that streamline the process of building website elements, such as Babel, Webpack, and NPM.
7. Translating business requirements into technical plans for the website comes naturally to you.
8. You've used version control tools like Git or SVN to manage and track changes in code.

• Expected Experience

1. You should have accumulated 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in this field.

Your typical day at Anar

• Work on showcasing the value proposition and benefits of subscription plans and other monetization instruments to inquiring & interested client leads
• Create and execute sales plans to secure new customers, achieve sales goals, and grow profitability

What you need to have:

• 7-10 years experience in FMCG brand as a Trade Marketing Executive/ Manager
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good coordination skills
