About the Role

We are looking for a highly accomplished Generalist Fullstack Engineer for an immediate long-term track opportunity.

This is a 90% hands-on core engineering role. If you are looking for a management or guidance-only position, this is not the right fit. We need builders who love writing high-quality code and own end-to-end features across both backend services and frontend architectures.

Job Parameters & Eligibility

Key Responsibilities

Technical Stack Requirements

Backend Depth:

• Advanced hands-on experience in Node.js (Highly Preferred), Python, Java, or Golang.
• Solid experience writing optimized queries and managing relational architectures in SQL.

Frontend Depth:

• Proven UI experience working extensively with modern libraries like React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Deep knowledge of complex frontend state management patterns and structural performance optimization.

Cloud & Infrastructure:

• Robust exposure to AWS core services.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform is a significant plus.

What We Avoid

• Profiles with less than 5 years of absolute engineering depth.
• Frequent job hoppers with multiple short stints.
• Developers whose frontend knowledge is restricted to basic styling rather than complete end-to-end logic/state implementation.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in frontend development using React JS, backend microservices architecture in C#/Python, and hands-on experience with AI-enabled development tools. 1. We are looking for candidates who have good programming skills. Strong on data structures, algorithms, understand time space complexity, able to come up with multiple solutions and then arrive at most optimized one keeping in mind customer requirements. Should also be well aware of OO concepts. If he / she has a strong background on these areas ( in any programming language), half the job is done. – 50% weightage
2. Next the candidate should have worked on JS  with good hands on experience in a few projects mainly in backend development like making api calls, handling exception, models, data transformations, controllers etc.  – 20-30% weightage
3. The last would be having some experience in any one of react.js/ node.js or even angular.js since some of these are being used in the current project. – 20-30% weightage
