Software Engineer II

We are looking for an experienced PHP Laravel developer with strong expertise in developing and maintaining education ERP web applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working on product-based applications or with a product-based company, with deep knowledge of ERP workflows, complex SQL queries, and handling large-scale student and institutional data.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable education ERP web applications using PHP (Laravel).
• Develop and enhance ERP modules such as:
• Student Management
• Admissions
• Fee Management
• Examination
• HR & Payroll
• Inventory
• Learning Management System (LMS)
• Finance & Accounting
• Write optimized and efficient MySQL queries for large datasets and complex reporting.
• Handle bulk data processing, data imports/exports, report generation, and database optimization.
• Develop secure and scalable REST APIs for internal and third-party integrations.

Optimize application performance for high-volume transactions and concurrent users. Mandatory Experience

Candidates must have hands-on experience in one or more of the following:

• Developing Education ERP applications.
• Working on ERP modules such as Admissions, Student Management, Fees, Exams, HR, Inventory, Finance, or LMS.
• Building and maintaining large-scale web applications.
• Handling high-volume institutional/student data.
• Writing highly optimized SQL queries for enterprise applications.
• Working on a product-based application or having experience in a product-based company.

Primary Skills: .Net Core, ReactJS, Azure (Azure, Key Vault , Azure Function, Azure service bus, Azure Blob storage, Cosmos, App insights, App services)

• Significant software development experience in front-end, back-end, and cloud automation.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain dynamic websites and web applications using PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant technologies.
• Proficient in frontend frameworks and libraries like HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, jquery, ajax.
• Design and implement both static and dynamic websites catering to client requirements.
• Create and maintain Content Management Systems (CMS) and Customer Relationship Management Systems (CRM).
• Utilize problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing web applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and successful project delivery.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to continually improve development processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field.
• Proven work experience as a PHP/ CodeIgniter Developer with a strong understanding of frontend and backend development.
• Expertise in creating static and dynamic websites, along with hands-on experience in CRM development.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse and resolve complex issues efficiently.
• In-depth knowledge of PHP frameworks such as CodeIgniter and Laravel, RESTfull APIs.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
• Proficiency in MySQL, SQL
• Should be able to integrate thirdparty APIs

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in deploying and managing web applications on different hosting platforms.
