Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. • 4-6 years of hands-on experience in full-stack web development.

• Expertise in Angular (version 16+) and NodeJS.

• Proven experience developing and deploying microservices and serverless applications on AWS, particularly using AWS Lambda.

• Strong understanding of microservices architecture patterns and design principles.

• Proficiency with AWS services like API Gateway, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, and IAM.

• Hands-on experience with database technologies, both SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (e.g., DynamoDB or MongoDB).

• Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies and version control tools like Git.

• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.

• Strong communication and leadership skills, with a proven ability to mentor other team members

The Role

The Solution Consultant’s primary responsibility is to engage with our customer's leaders in plant maintenance to provide consulting on value improvement cases, maturity assessments, process improvement, and mobility best practices engagements. Our SCs engage with clients by leading the solution design process, driving the adoption of Innovapptive's connected worker solutions using cloud-based SaaS offerings and mobility solutions.

As a solution consultant, you are responsible to Identify solution needs and user stories and design approaches for the Field workforce to enable KPI improvements such as:

• Efficient and enabled plant maintenance execution
• Expedited and on-time execution of maintenance work
• Compliance with regulatory and industry requirements

The SC will lead all solution design activities and documentation for the implementation of a Plant Maintenance mobile solution. They will understand plant maintenance processes and the challenges companies and their front-end workers face today. They can advise customers on best practices and marry their business processes to an adoptable solution design that leverages Innovapptive’s mobile solutions. Senior Solution Consultants are key internal advisors on product capabilities and product enhancement opportunities based on their understanding of customer requirements and business processes.

How You Will Make an Impact:

• Understand our customer’s Maintenance & Repair Operations, Plant Maintenance processes, and Asset Management integration touchpoints, and map them to our mobile solution (Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Utilities and Discrete Manufacturing Industries)
• Communicate to our customers’ leaders the business benefits and ROI (Return on Investment) in deploying our products
• Guide customers to solutions that maximize process digitization improvements and adoption

What You Bring to the Team:

• Extensive knowledge of business processes in Plant Maintenance Processes, Standard functionality – Work Order Planning & Scheduling, Notifications, Work Order Execution and Processing, Measuring Points, Functional Locations,, and Form Execution and Submission
• Bachelor’s Degree with at least 6-10 years of hands-on functional solution design experience including requirement gathering, prioritization, documentation and consulting in the areas of SAP PM and EAM (SAP or 3rd party applications that integrate with SAP)
• Preferred Experience: have at least 3 full cycle implementation experiences or equivalent experience
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to leverage knowledge to design and develop solutions that improve productivity, increase efficiencies, mitigate risks, resolve issues, and optimize cost savings and efficiencies
• Self-motivated and capable of working with minimal supervision. Ability to work independently and as part of multiple teams
• Excellent problem-solving skills and team player
• Leading teams and coordinating project activities is a huge plus

We are looking for a senior art director to concept and execute creative campaigns that blend storytelling and visual innovation.

THE ROLE

As a Senior Art Director, you would be an integral part of the design team. You would be responsible for what all our online and offline advertising output looks like. This role requires much more than just a creative vision and artistic experience. To be successful in this role, you would need to possess strong leadership ability and work collaboratively across departments to strategize, manage, and execute your vision. Your focus will be on timelines, budgets and strategic resource planning, as well as the day-to-day operations of the department. RESPONSIBILITIES

▪ Work independently to develop design concepts and directions for marketing materials, campaigns and multiple projects. Create layouts, mockups and the like to illustrate design ideas to the rest of the team.

▪ Partner with copywriters to advance ideas, develop campaigns and deliver both a unique visual look and a strong “voice” to every execution

▪ Drive and enhance the visual look, tone and feel of all of the work produced. Help shape the visual expression of the various brands under the White Inc umbrella

▪ Execution and on-time delivery of high-quality creative materials for brands across luggage, drinkware, cookware, apple gear and houseplants sectors

▪ Work on designs to produce effective advertising campaigns ensuring that budgets are kept into consideration during the design process

About the role:

We are looking for a Dynamic Assistant Manager - BD who is a fully competent individual having knowledge/ experience in the sales process and functions, accountable for all sales activities, using a formal selling approach to expanding customer sales in the assigned geography.

Skill Sets:

Build & manage a team of BD executives/associates to achieve set targets in assigned geography.

Build partnerships with Dietitian/Nutritionists/Health Coaches/Doctors & people with similar profiles to drive business through referrals.

Conduct Health Check-Up drives across RWAs, Apartments, Corporate, Parks and all other potential palaces to acquire new users.

Co-ordinate with vendors (Printing/BTL etc) & all other stakeholders (Accounts/Marketing/Operations etc) to execute tasks.

Plan and keep track of KPIs/Revenue targets

Skills & Qualifications:

Strong commitment to sales & aggressively target driven

Minimum Bachelors degree with 3- 6years of relevant experience

Good communication in English & native language
