Requirements

• 14+ years in software engineering, 5+ years in leadership
• Strong expertise in Java, Microservices, AWS, Angular, AI
• Experience with Spring Boot, Kafka, Kubernetes, Docker, Cassandra
• Strong system design, security, and distributed systems knowledge
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

 UI/UX Design Expertise

✅ Strong experience in UI/UX design for Industry 4.0 applications (e.g., APM, IIoT, Predictive Maintenance).

✅ Ability to design intuitive user interfaces for complex industrial software.

✅ Experience in wireframing, prototyping, and creating mockups using tools like:

• Figma
• Sketch
• Adobe XD
• InVision

2️⃣ Data Visualization & Dashboard Design

✅ Expertise in designing visual representations of large datasets (charts, heatmaps, dashboards).

✅ Experience with data visualization tools like:

• Tableau
• Power BI
• ✅ Strong understanding of UX for data-heavy applications used by CXOs and industrial operators.

3️⃣ Industry 4.0 Knowledge & Usability for Industrial Applications

✅ Experience working on Industrial IoT (IIoT), Digital Twins, and Asset Performance Management (APM) platforms.

✅ Familiarity with predictive analytics, real-time monitoring, and industrial decision-making workflows.

✅ Understanding of industrial workflows & standards to ensure UI aligns with industry-specific needs.

4️⃣ Multi-Device & Responsive Design

✅ Ability to design for multi-device usability (desktop, tablets, handheld devices used on shop floors).

✅ Experience in creating mobile-responsive interfaces for field technicians and operators.

5️⃣ Collaboration & Agile Development Experience

✅ Experience working in agile product development cycles.

✅ Strong collaboration skills with:

• Data scientists & engineers (to ensure meaningful data representation).
• Marketing & customer support teams (to maintain design consistency).

• Work towards improving the following 4 verticals - scalability, availability, security, and cost, for company's workflows and products.
• Help in provisioning, managing, optimizing cloud infrastructure in AWS (IAM, EC2, RDS, CloudFront, S3, ECS, Lambda, ELK etc.)
• Work with the development teams to design scalable, robust systems using cloud architecture for both 0-to-1 and 1-to-100 products.
• Drive technical initiatives and architectural service improvements.
• Be able to predict problems and implement solutions that detect and prevent outages.
• Mentor/manage a team of engineers.
• Design solutions with failure scenarios in mind to ensure reliability.
• Document rigorously to keep track of all changes/upgrades to the infrastructure and as well share knowledge with the rest of the team
• Identify vulnerabilities during development with actionable information to empower developers to remediate vulnerabilities
• Automate the build and testing processes to consistently integrate code
• Manage changes to documents, software, images, large web sites, and other collections of code, configuration, and metadata among disparate teams
