Role Overview

We are looking for a driven and proactive Business Development Manager based in Mumbai to support TradeLab’s business expansion across Western India. The role is strongly focused on prospecting, lead generation, and assisting in closing new business deals with

discount brokers, full-service brokers, banks, and fintech platforms. The ideal candidate should have foundational knowledge of capital markets/fintech and be eager to grow into a high impact

enterprise sales role.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and engage new potential clients aligned with TradeLab’s target segments (brokers, fintech platforms, banks).

• Sales Pipeline Support: Qualify leads, schedule product demos, participate in discussions, and support sales managers in progressing

• Client Outreach: Conduct outreach via emails, calls, LinkedIn, industry events, and partner networks to expand the top-of-funnel pipeline.

• Product Demonstrations: Assist in presenting TradeLab’s offerings to clients along with the product/solutions team.

• Proposal & Documentation Support: Prepare proposals, business decks, pitch materials, and basic commercial documents.

• Market Understanding: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes like SEBI guidelines.

• CRM Management: Maintain up-to-date records of leads, interactions, proposals, and pipeline status using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot/Salesforce).

• Event Representation: Represent TradeLab at industry meets, product demos, conferences, and networking engagements.

• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with senior sales, product, and solutions teams to craft suitable value propositions for client requirements.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Experience: 2–4 years in B2B sales, business development, or inside sales within fintech, capital markets, SaaS, trading, or investment platforms.

• Industry Understanding: Basic understanding of trading platforms, brokers, capital market ecosystem, or fintech workflows.

• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, confident client- facing presence.

• Relationship Building: Ability to build rapport with key client stakeholders and maintain professional follow-ups.

• Target Orientation: Comfortable working in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.

• CRM Proficiency: Experience using CRM systems for tracking leads and pipeline management.

• Self-Driven Attitude: High ownership mindset with willingness to learn, grow, and handle responsibilities independently.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Exposure to trading systems (OMS, RMS) or fintech API-based platforms.

• Familiarity with SEBI market regulations and algo trading basics.

• Experience supporting enterprise sales cycles or solution-selling environments.

·      7+ years of professional experience in front-end development.

·      5+ years of hands-on experience with React.js and its ecosystem (Redux, Context API, Hooks, etc.)

·      Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.

·      Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and WebSocket integration.

·      Proficiency in modern build tools (Webpack, Vite, Babel, etc.).

·      Expertise in state management libraries (Redux, MobX) and React Query.

·      Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design.

·      Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, etc.).

·      Familiarity with modern CI/CD pipelines and version control tools (Git).

Position – Shift Manager 

Duties & Responsibilities 

• Managing retail operations, including cash, store operations, inventory, and shelf-life management. 
• Driving store-level, corporate, and bulk-order sales. 
• Managing store assets and equipment. 
• Checking FIFO (First In First Out) & monthly inventory for Item stock and raw material. 
• Supporting Store Manager to minimize the product expiration. 
• Check sales cash, float and petty cash with denomination & update Store Manager.  
• Team grooming to be maintained as per company standard. 
• Executing and maintaining in-store visual merchandising. 
• Resolving customer concerns in a diplomatic manner.  

Qualifications & Skill Requirements 

• Graduate Degree in any specialization. A MBA or Diploma in retail management is preferred. 
• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in luxury retail, food retail, or hospitality. 
• Excellent customer handling skills and communication. 
• Must be well organized and diligently structured in their approach to any engagement. 
• An uncompromising focus on execution with a no-nonsense attitude towards goals and delivery.  

Reporting Manager: Store Manager 

 Business Development Executive (BDE) is a sales professional who helps organizations grow by identifying and developing new business opportunities. Their key responsibilities include:

1. Attracting New Clients: Innovating and overseeing the sales process to bring in new business.
2. Risk Management: Identifying and managing company risks that might hinder growth.

6. Outbound Campaigns: Running outbound campaigns (phone calls, emails) to create sales opportunities.

• Design and develop high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems and deliver high-availability and performance
• Create well-designed, testable, efficient code
• Participate in all phases of the development life-cycle
• Assist in the preparation and production of releases of software components
• Ensure designs are in compliance with specifications
• Investigate alternatives and technologies and present them for architectural review, in order to support continuous improvement

• 0.5 - 2 years of experience working with mobile development
• Min. 1-year experience in Flutter Development
• Deployed at least 1 app
• Have experience with Flutter for both iOS and Android.
