MIS Executive – Key Responsibilities

• Collect, maintain, and update business data from various departments.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management review.
• Analyze sales, inventory, attendance, and operational data to identify trends and discrepancies.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of data in reports and databases.
• Generate reports using Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, Charts, etc.).
• Coordinate with different teams to gather required information and resolve data-related issues.
• Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to management.
• Maintain records and databases while ensuring data confidentiality.
• Automate routine reporting processes wherever possible.
• Prepare dashboards and presentations for management meetings.
• Support decision-making by providing timely and accurate reports.
• Track and reconcile data discrepancies and ensure corrective actions are taken.

Job Summary

An Accounts Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining financial records, processing transactions, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate accounting records and financial documentation.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• Prepare and record journal entries, invoices, receipts, and payments.
• Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer accounts.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
• Prepare financial reports, MIS reports, and account statements.
• Monitor cash flow and support budgeting activities.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, GST/VAT, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.
• Handle payroll-related accounting entries and employee reimbursements.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.
• Support management with financial analysis and reporting.
