Job Summary

The MIS Executive is responsible for managing data, generating reports, and supporting decision-making by providing accurate and timely information. The role involves data analysis, report automation, database management, and ensuring data integrity across systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
• Maintain and update databases, dashboards, and spreadsheets
• Generate reports for management decision-making
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems
• Automate reports using tools like Excel, SQL, or BI tools
• Monitor KPIs and highlight trends or discrepancies
• Coordinate with different departments to gather required data
• Develop and maintain MIS documentation and processes
• Support audits by providing necessary data and reports

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Macros preferred)
• Basic knowledge of SQL / databases
• Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau – preferred)
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to handle large datasets
• Good communication and reporting skills 

Role:

Responsible for handling sales, distributors, and market growth in the assigned area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales targets
• Manage distributors and retailers
• Expand new shops/outlets
• Ensure product availability in market
• Monitor competitor activity
• Handle sales team (if any)
• Submit sales reports

Requirements:

• Graduate
• 3–7 years sales experience (footwear/apparel/FMCG)
• Good communication and leadership skills

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensure compliance with financial regulations, and support the finance team in maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage accounts payable and receivable

· Prepare and process invoices, payments, and expense reports

· Perform bank reconciliations and maintain cash flow records

· Maintain general ledger entries and ensure accurate bookkeeping

· Assist in GST filing, TDS, and statutory compliance

· Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing

· Prepare basic financial reports and MIS reports

· Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits

· Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping

Required Skills

· 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience

· Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices

· Experience with accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, or SAP

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

· Familiarity with GST, TDS, and basic taxation

· Good analytical and problem-solving skills

· Attention to detail and accuracy
