About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Engineer with 5-7 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data engineering, with expertise in data warehouse architecture, data modeling, ETL processes, and building both batch and streaming pipelines. The candidate should also possess advanced proficiency in Spark, Databricks, Kafka, Python, SQL, and Change Data Capture (CDC) methodologies.

Key responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain robust data warehouse solutions to support the organization's analytical and reporting needs.

Implement efficient data modeling techniques to optimize performance and scalability of data systems.

Build and manage data lakehouse infrastructure, ensuring reliability, availability, and security of data assets.

Develop and maintain ETL pipelines to ingest, transform, and load data from various sources into the data warehouse and data lakehouse.

Utilize Spark and Databricks to process large-scale datasets efficiently and in real-time.

Implement Kafka for building real-time streaming pipelines and ensure data consistency and reliability.

Design and develop batch pipelines for scheduled data processing tasks.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, understand data needs, and deliver effective data solutions.

Perform data analysis and troubleshooting to identify and resolve data quality issues and performance bottlenecks.

Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends in data engineering and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Education:

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT Infrastructure Engineering, or a related field

•Certifications in cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP), MLOps, or DevOps (preferred)

Experience:

•8+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Cloud Computing, or AI Systems Architecture

•Hands on experience in AI infrastructure design, cloud-based AI solutions, or MLOps

•Expertise in managing AI workloads across cloud and hybrid environments.

•Proven track record in scaling AI infrastructure for large enterprises

•Strong experience in Kubernetes, containerization, and orchestration tools

•Experience in optimizing AI workloads for performance and cost efficiency

Skills :

What you will do:

• Adapt existing content for different platforms (website, app, email, SMS, social, etc.).
• Ensure tone, style, and length fit each platform while maintaining the original message intent.
• Review adapted copies for clarity, accuracy, and brand consistency.
• Coordinate with writers, designers, and marketing teams to ensure seamless delivery across touchpoints.

Job Purpose

Responsible for managing end-to-end database operations, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security across systems. The position plays a key role in driving data reliability, availability, and compliance with operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collate audit reports from the QA team and structure data in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Perform data transformation and validation for accuracy and consistency.

ML Engineer-Analyst/ Senior Analyst

Job purpose:

To design and develop machine learning and deep learning systems. Run machine learning tests andexperiments and implementing appropriate ML algorithms. Works cross-functionally with the Data Scientists, Software application developers and business groups for the development of innovative ML models. Use Agile experience to work collaboratively with other Managers/Owners in geographically distributed teams.

Accountabilities:

• Work with Data Scientists and Business Analysts to frame problems in a business context. Assist all the processes from data collection, cleaning, and preprocessing, to training models and deploying them to production.

• Understand business objectives and developing models that help to achieve them, along with metrics to track their progress.

• Explore and visualize data to gain an understanding of it, then identify differences in data distribution that could affect performance when deploying the model in the real world.

• Define validation strategies, preprocess or feature engineering to be done on a given dataset and data augmentation pipelines.

• Analyze the errors of the model and design strategies to overcome them.
• Collaborate with data engineers to build data and model pipelines, manage the infrastructure and data pipelines needed to bring code to production and demonstrate end-to-end understanding of applications (including, but not limited to, the machine learning algorithms) being created.
