We have opening for Business Development Manager for Mumbai ( Andheri Location )

Experience: Minimum 3–4 Years (as BDM)

Industry Exposure: Corporate Gifting, Digital Marketing, ATL & BTL Events, and advertising company experience preferred  

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in corporate gifting, digital marketing, and event activation (ATL & BTL) domains.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure business growth and repeat engagement.

Prepare and deliver customized business proposals and presentations.

Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets through effective lead conversion and account management.

Conduct market analysis to identify potential business leads, partnerships, and growth trends.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project execution and client satisfaction.

Key Requirements:

Proven minimum experience of 3–4 years as a Business Development Manager in the above-mentioned industries.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Excellent client handling and relationship-building abilities.

Result-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets.

Self-driven, proactive, and capable of managing responsibilities independently.

We are looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) who can own the full sales cycle—from lead generation to closure—for IT services and software solutions. This role is remote, but the candidate must be Mumbai-based for client meetings when required.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Qualification

• Identify and generate B2B leads via LinkedIn, referrals, portals, and inbound enquiries
• Qualify leads based on budget, authority, need, and timelines
• Engage with startups, SMEs, enterprises, and government-linked organizations

Client Interaction & Sales

• Conduct discovery calls and requirement discussions
• Understand business problems and map them to Sehsaa’s tech offerings
• Pitch IT services including:
• Custom software & web development
• Mobile app development (Android/iOS)
• AI, automation, and enterprise solutions

Proposal & Deal Closure

• Coordinate with technical team for scope, pricing, and timelines
• Prepare and present proposals and capability decks
• Handle negotiations and close deals independently

Account & Relationship Management

• Act as the point of contact until project kickoff
• Build long-term client relationships
• Identify upsell and repeat business opportunities

Targets & KPIs

• Monthly revenue closure
• Lead-to-conversion ratio
• Sales pipeline value

Client retention & repeat business

Must-Have

• 2–6 years experience in IT services / software sales
• Proven experience closing B2B deals
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Understanding of software development lifecycle
• Comfortable working remotely with outcome-based targets

Good-to-Have

• Experience selling enterprise or government IT solutions
• Exposure to tenders, GeM, or large-ticket projects
• Mumbai-based with ability to attend client meetings if required
• Fixed Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month
• Commission: 5% on revenue received (uncapped)
• Higher commission for higher monthly closures

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop training materials for MERN Stack web application development.
• Deliver training sessions to individuals or groups in a classroom or online setting.
• Provide hands-on training on MongoDB, Express JS, React JS, and Node JS.
• Teach how to use No SQL Database, REST API, and how to connect REST API with front-end applications.
• Conduct assessments to evaluate trainees' understanding and progress.
• Provide feedback and support to trainees throughout the training process.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in MERN Stack web application development.
• Collaborate with the project team to develop real-world scenarios and case studies for trainees.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in MERN Stack web application development.
• Strong expertise in MongoDB, Express JS, React JS, and Node JS.
• Familiarity with asynchronous JS, No SQL Database, and REST API.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong experience in Database design for complex web and mobile application, including writing complex store procedures, function, triggers and ad-hoc queries.
