Key Responsibilities-
Develop and implement effective sales strategies for cold chain solutions
Identify and generate new business opportunities while managing key client accounts
Conduct regular field visits to understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations using MS Excel and other reporting tools
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects and timely delivery
Handle critical customer situations and objections in a professional and solution-driven manner
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
Required Qualifications & Experience-
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in cold chain, refrigeration, logistics, or related industries
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Good working knowledge of MS Excel and basic sales reporting
Ability to work under pressure and manage critical situations effectively
Willingness to travel for regular field visits
