KGiSL Educational Institutions seeks a seasoned Performance Marketing Specialist to spearhead our Lead generation initiatives. As a pivotal member of our leadership team, you will devise and execute comprehensive paid marketing strategies across prominent channels, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, to drive lead generation, conversions, and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

- Paid Marketing Strategy Development: Craft and execute paid marketing campaigns to drive lead generation, conversions, and business growth.

Requirements:

- Minimum 7-10 Years of Experience: Proven expertise in paid marketing, digital marketing, or a related field, with a strong track record of successful campaign execution.

- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with tools and platforms used for lead generation, social media marketing (SMM), search engine marketing (SEM), and performance marketing.

- Leadership and Analytical Skills: Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive business growth and innovation.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Edtech Experience: Prior experience in the Edtech sector is highly desirable.

CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION:
• Candidates with good experience with SDLC
• Over all 10 years of Experience is mandatory
• Minimum 6+ years of hard core JAVA coding experience is mandatory
• 2 years of PM experience is mandatory
• Knowledge on AWS or any other cloud technology is desirable.

POSITION PURPOSE:

Overall Responsibility in delivering quality projects and products as per the BRD within the specified time line. Should be able to lead/handle a team to write and test code effectively and must work with business owners overseas. Lead planning and/or implementation of projects. May participate in the design and/or testing phases. Facilitate the definition of project missions, goals, tasks, and resource requirements; resolve or assist in the resolution of conflicts within and between projects or functional areas; develop methods to monitor project or area progress and provide corrective supervision if necessary. Work cross-functionally across teams to solve problems and implement changes. Follow defined, agreed upon project management plans.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Developing a software project plan. • Ensure that projects follow the project plan and is accountable for timely delivery of all projects. • Determining the methodology used in the project. • Establishing a project schedule and determining each phase. • Providing regular updates to stakeholders.

Role and Responsibilities:

• The candidate must be keenly expert in JavaScript (ES6), React JS (Functional React- React with Hooks).
• Must be well aware of the JS concepts like promises, async-await, callback, fetch, and array methods like map, filter, reduce. 
• We are highly fetching for the candidates that are good with conditional rendering, and very much clear regarding the concepts of useEffect hook.
• Knowledge of GIT is a must.
• Knowledge and experience in any state management library such as redux or context is a plus.
• Must be familiar with JS libraries like Axios, and UI libraries like material-ui, core-ui, formik, etc.
• Must have a proper understanding of CSS properties like margin, padding, flex, position, z-index, media queries, and other important concepts like media queries, DOM manipulation.
• Must be aware of using dev tools provided in the browsers such inspect elements and network tab to track API calls.
• Basic API calling through postman or similar tools.
• Candidate worked on projects dealing with manipulation of dates, form validations, etc. are preferred.

Experience Required:

• The candidate must at least have a total experience of 1 Year - 3 Years in the relevant field. 
• The candidate must have basic knowledge regarding data structure and algorithm. 
• We require people with keen logistics skills.
• The candidate must be strong with basics and their concepts must be clear enough to deal with all sorts of delusions.

• The job-role of a React.js developer is open only for candidates residing in Indore or are willing to relocate to Indore.

• Minimum of 2- 5 years of experience in Odoo Implementation & Development
• Specialized in ODOO.
• Programming Language: Python, BackboneJS, HTML5, BootstrapCSS
• Familiarity with some ORM (Object Relational Mapper) libraries
• Experience in Python web framework such as Django, Flask, etc.,
• Good Knowledge in any SQL database administration
• Understanding of the threading limitations of Python, and multi-process architecture.
• Experience in developing modular plugins for any open source enterprise business web applications.
• Knowledge in integrating third party applications using any API / web service is also preferred.
• Strong background in Object Oriented Programming
• Hands-on experience in PostgreSQL.
• Should have Technical and Functional knowledge in ODOO
• Knowledge in HTML 5, CSS and JS is must.
• Experience in Odoo Commerce & Website platform added as plus

• Experience in Python programming and Odoo/Open ERP project.
  
• Experience in developing new Odoo modules and applications using Python
  
• Sound knowledge of coding, unit testing, server deployment and troubleshooting.
• Follow the agile methodology to deliver the quality module.
  
• Follow the code standards on both python and odoo.
  
• Understand the business process and be able to provide the solution / recommendation

Essential Duties:

• Work directly with clients to provide rapid and accurate analysis of production issues (including solution tracking).
• Answer customer questions, file bugs, and reproduce, troubleshoot, resolve, and escalate issues as necessary.
• Own and drive customer issues from start to finish.
• Become an expert on a given product domain from both a business and technical standpoint.
• Handle urgent escalation issues, ensuring we accurately prioritize based on severity and customer impact.

Minimum Requirements:

• BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related. We will also consider other significant technical experience.
• Minimum of 7 years of application support experience. 
• Strong Oracle SQL, PL/SQL skills required.
• Order-To-Cash (O2C) or Procure-To-Pay (P2P) cycle experience in Oracle EBS (Financials). Other ERPs can also be considered. 
• Excellent spoken and written English. All customer communications are in English.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to adjust to the technical level of the audience and explain complex ideas clearly and concisely.
• Ability to work with a global teams and build strong cross-functional relationships.
