About the Role
Shava Studios is hiring a Founding Engineer to build and scale AI-native software products from the ground up.
You’ll work across the full stack—frontend, backend, AI integrations, and real-time systems—while playing a key role in shaping our architecture and engineering culture. We value demonstrated ability, strong fundamentals, and ownership over years of experience.
What You’ll Do
- Build and ship full-stack features end-to-end.
- Design scalable APIs, backend services, and data models.
- Build and integrate LLM and AI-agent capabilities.
- Develop reliable real-time and asynchronous systems.
- Own third-party integrations, authentication, security, and performance.
- Maintain high standards for testing, code quality, and system reliability.
- Contribute to architecture decisions and technical direction.
- Mentor engineers and help raise the engineering bar as the team grows.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience building production-grade full-stack applications.
- Hands-on experience with React/Next.js, TypeScript, and Python/FastAPI or similar technologies.
- Strong understanding of system design, APIs, databases, and scalable backend systems.
- Experience with or strong interest in LLMs, GenAI, and AI-agent systems.
- Familiarity with real-time or asynchronous systems such as WebSockets, Redis, Celery, or RabbitMQ is a plus.
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to independently take features from idea to production.
- Good technical communication and problem-solving skills.

● Own the full outbound motion, prospect, pitch, and close US customers daily at high
velocity through cold calling
● Drive conversions through effective communication and follow-ups
● Operate in sync with US EST hours, understand the customer, the culture, and the clock
