FINANCE Responsibilities:-
• Day to Day accounting entries in Tally ERP or Zoho Books
• Maintaining Petty Cash and Cash Statement
• Preparing GST invoice and other sales invoices
• Maintaining Records (both physical and soft) required for audit
• Assisting in GST Audit and monthly return filings
• Assisting in the preparation of monthly TDS workings, payment and return filing
• Scheduling payments to vendors and suppliers
HR Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and manage HR contracts, including employment and confidentiality agreements.
- Prepare confirmation and experience letters, along with other official HR documents.
- Maintain and organize employee records, ensuring accurate filing and accessibility.
- Provide administrative support, including data entry, document preparation, and correspondence management.
