Key Responsibilities:
• End-to-End Sales Process Management:
Lead the entire sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to contract
negotiation and closure.
• Solution Selling:
Understand client needs and position our training solutions and HR SaaS
products as strategic business solutions.
• Market Insights:
Stay updated on the latest L&D trends and HR tech innovations to eMectively
advise clients and tailor solutions.
• Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and
long-term partnerships.
• CRM Utilization:
Leverage CRM tools for managing the sales pipeline, forecasting, and reporting
on sales metrics.
• Collaborative Approach:
Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product
development, and customer success to deliver optimal solutions to clients.
• Problem Solving:
Adopt a customer-centric approach to address client challenges, providing
innovative solutions that drive business outcomes.
Qualifications:
• 3-5 years of experience in selling training solutions and/or SaaS products.
• Proven ability to manage the complete sales process, from lead generation to
deal closure.• Strong understanding of training solutions, L&D trends, and HR SaaS models.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment, with a strong
entrepreneurial spirit.
• Experience in using CRM tools for pipeline management and reporting.
• Problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Prior experience in the L&D or HR tech space is a plus.

Responsibilities
· Resolving technical support inquiries directly or indirectly through on-site and/or remote first-level support representatives.
