Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Server Engineer with hands-on experience in Dell and

HPE servers, Linux operating systems, and networking fundamentals. The ideal

candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing server

infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance.

Key Responsibilities

Install, configure, and maintain Dell (PowerEdge) and HPE (ProLiant)

servers

Manage and administer Linux-based systems (RHEL, Ubuntu, CentOS, etc.)

Monitor system performance, availability, and security

Troubleshoot hardware, OS, and network-related issues

Perform regular system updates, patches, and backups

Configure and manage RAID, storage, and server components

Work with tools like iDRAC (Dell) and iLO (HPE) for server management

Collaborate with networking teams for connectivity, firewall, and routing issues

Maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and troubleshooting

steps

Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices

Travel to client/data center locations as required for deployment,

maintenance, and troubleshooting

Required Skills & Qualifications

3–4 years of hands-on experience in server administration

Strong experience with Dell and/or HPE servers

Good knowledge of Linux system administration

Understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs,

routing)

Experience with server monitoring tools and logs

Familiarity with virtualization (VMware / KVM) is a plus

Basic scripting knowledge (Bash, Python) is an advantage

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Willingness to travel based on project requirements

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or B.Tech

(or equivalent)

Certifications like RHCSA/RHCE, CompTIA Linux+, or equivalent

Experience with data center operations

Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) is a plus

Looking for a Key Account Manager (B2B) with Excellent Communication Skills and prior experience in selling or managing clients for SaaS products / Tech Sales.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Own account P&L outcomes including Revenue Expansion, Retention, Gross Margins, NRR and CSAT scores
• Build multithreaded relationships across CXO, Product, Compliance and Procurement teams
• Drive platform adoption by shaping customer success plans, product usage KPIs and quarterly business reviews (QBRs)
• Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities across product lines to expand customer footprint
• Lead contract renewals, commercials and negotiations with a solutions-first mindset
• Manage risks proactively (churn risk, adoption gaps, budget constraints, competitive threats) with clear mitigation plans
• Maintain accurate forecast hygiene, account plans and stakeholder mappings in CRM
