Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Sales Engineer to join our team. This role combines technical expertise with sales skills to provide solutions to customers and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop a deep understanding of the company’s products and services.

Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in engineering is preferred.
• Proven experience in technical sales, sales engineering, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of technical concepts related to manufacturing products
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Willingness to travel to meet clients and attend industry events.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in the Manufacturing industry
• Previous experience working with B2B sales

Brief Description:
We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer to support the customization, development, and integration of Salesforce solutions for a US-based healthcare client. You’ll work closely with NonStop's engineering team, client-side stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure robust and compliant Salesforce solutions.
Roles and Responsibilities:
● Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce technologies
● Configure Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, reports, and dashboards
● Integrate Salesforce with external systems (e.g., APIs, middleware)
● Collaborate with product owners and business analysts to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
● Maintain code quality, security, and performance best practices
● Participate in client calls, stand-ups, and Agile ceremonies
● Ensure compliance with healthcare industry regulations (e.g., HIPAA) during development (training/guidance will be provided as needed)
Requirements:
● 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer or in a similar role
