Buildesk is seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric Customer Success Manager to cultivate strong client relationships, drive revenue growth, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be adept at understanding client needs, proficient in CRM and ERP systems, and possess a proven ability to foster customer retention and expansion.

Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship Management:Develop and maintain robust, trust-based relationships with Buildesk clients.
• Proactively understand client objectives and challenges to ensure alignment with Buildesk solutions.
• Software Proficiency & Training:Achieve mastery of CRM and ERP workflows to guide clients effectively.
• Provide comprehensive training to clients on Buildesk products and best practices.
• Revenue Growth & Account Management:Drive revenue through proactive outreach, including cold calling and consistent follow-up.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
• Market & Product Insight:Conduct market research to understand client-specific CRM application needs.
• Articulate the value proposition of Buildesk products and recommend optimal solutions.
• Issue Resolution & Support:Efficiently address and resolve client inquiries, escalating complex issues as necessary.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for post-sales support, ensuring seamless onboarding and ongoing engagement.
• Proactive Engagement & Retention:Conduct regular client check-ins and provide proactive guidance to maximize product adoption.
• Implement and track engagement strategies to achieve target customer retention (80%) and renewal (70%) rates.
• Customer Health & Churn Mitigation:Monitor key customer health metrics within the CRM to identify and mitigate potential churn risks.
• Outbound Communication:Execute outbound calling and follow-up strategies to nurture leads and client relationships.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a Customer Success, Account Management, or related role, preferably within a software or technology company.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver effective product training and support software business models.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams.
• A verifiable track record of increasing customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue through proactive engagement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address client issues promptly and effectively.
• Experience in monitoring customer health metrics and implementing strategies to minimize churn.
• Proficiency in CRM and ERP systems.

- Experience comparable to DevOps SIRE providing SME-tevel application or platform support with responsibility for designing and automating operational procedures and best practices 

-Experience writing python and shell scripts to perform health checks and automations 

- Experience with Linux System Administration (preferably Red Hat)

- Hands-on experience with multi-tenant hosting environments for middleware applications (for example: centrally managed platform or infrastructure as a service) 

- Experience with implementing observabitity, monitoring and alerting tools 

- Excellent written and oral English communication skills. The candidate must write user-facing documentation, prepare and deliver presentations to an internal audience and effectively interact with upper management, colleagues, and customers 

- Independent problem-solving skills, self-motivated, and a mindset for taking ownership

- A minimum of 5 years of infrastructure production support or DevOps experience 

Additional Technical Skills 

Experience with broker-based messaging infrastructure such as Apache Kafka, IBM MQ (or similar technology like ActiveMQ, Azure Service Bus) including configuration and performance tuning 

Experience with public/private cloud and containerization technologies (e.g. Kubernetes) 

Experience with Agile development methodology, Cl/CD and automated build pipelines 

Experience with DevOps methodology (e.g. Phoenix Project) 

Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence and ServiceNow 

Experience working with JSON, XML, Google Protocol Buffers, Avro, FIX 

Experience with troubleshooting tools such as TCPdump and Wireshark

Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB and Redis interest and understanding of emerging IT trends 

Experience with system architecture design

Primary Skills: Database Systems (SQL), Python Flask/Fast API/Django frameworks specifically
Requirements:

• Highly proficient in fundamentals of Python web development frameworks like Flask, Django and Fast API
• Demonstrated experience in developing APIs using Python frameworks
• Should have deep knowledge in PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server and other SQL based Databases
• Knowledge and proficiency in NoSQL is a bonus

Responsibilities

·  You are responsible for various dimensions of testing (functional/non-functional), ensuring quality experiences to our customers.

·  With your extensive technical expertise and judgment, you are an integrated part of the software development team and define, document, analyze, perform and automate tests for products.

·  You will identify functional /non-functional issues and come up with creative resolutions from test automation.

·  You are responsible for adhering to best QA Automation practices and improving the quality of the products continuously.

·  You are responsible for creating reliability that enables and validates high quality releases at a fast place.

·  You are responsible for creating and executing automation scripts on multiple platforms on Desktop, Mobile-Web and devices (iOS and Android app).

·  Collaborating with QA Analysts and Software Developers to develop solutions.

·  Experience with Agile Scrum process.

Desired Skills:

·  You should have a strong technical background, be detailed driven and have excellent problem-solving abilities.

·  Strong coding skills and OOD/OOP knowledge.

·  You should have around 2 -5 years of experience in test automation of Web/Mobile either.

·  You should have exposure to distributed systems or web applications/mobile applications.

·  Strong understanding of various testing cycles and release activities.

·  You should have working knowledge with one or more functional tools.

·  You must be aware of frameworks like Page Object Model, Funtional object model.. etc.

·  Good to have working knowledge on performance testing and API testing tools like jmeter, Postman and Rest-assured.

·  Experience participating of setup of test automation as part of CI/CD pipelines.

·  Proficiency in programming languages in Java.

·  You should have strong experience in Selenium, appium, rest-assured.

Qualifications

·  Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/EC/ or a any Related field.

·  Previous experience as a test automation engineer (at least 2 year as SDET)

·  Excellent mathematical and problem-solving skills.

Desired Candidate Profile

• A great understanding of different roles in the industry with an understanding of high-performance culture and hiring standard
• Ability to assess the candidates beyond their work profiles and engaging them throughout the process

We are looking to onboard a lead for our blockchain engineering team. At Arcana we are building our own sovereign EVM compatible chain with its own set of validators. • Experience in managing a team of engineers for at least 2+ years.
• Must have significant experience with Geth (Go Ethereum) or equivalent blockchain nodes and p2p

• Deep understanding of Blockchain, Solidity, Assembly, and the EVM
