Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic and growth-driven LinkedIn Community Manager to build, manage, and scale our B2B presence in the UAE market.

This role is not just about posting content — it is about driving enterprise brand authority, lead engagement, and executive visibility among HR Leaders, L&D Heads, CXOs, and decision-makers across the UAE.

You will work closely with Enterprise Sales, Marketing, and Leadership to position the brand as a trusted workforce development partner in the GCC region.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

1️⃣ B2B LinkedIn Strategy (UAE Market)

• Develop and execute a LinkedIn content strategy targeting UAE corporate audiences
• Position the company as a thought leader in corporate training & certification
• Align content calendar with UAE business trends, HR initiatives, and industry events

2️⃣ Content Creation & Personal Branding

• Create high-quality posts (carousels, thought leadership, case studies, insights)
• Manage Founder / Leadership LinkedIn branding (ghostwriting & optimization)
• Publish UAE-focused workforce insights & certification impact stories
• Repurpose webinars, client testimonials & reports into engaging content

3️⃣ Community Engagement & Relationship Building

• Engage with UAE HR, L&D & CXO-level professionals
• Manage comments and DMs professionally
• Nurture inbound leads and coordinate with Enterprise Sales team
• Build relationships within UAE professional groups and communities

4️⃣ Lead Support & Pipeline Contribution

• Identify and warm up potential corporate prospects
• Convert LinkedIn engagement into qualified meeting opportunities
• Support Account Managers with social insights
• Track inbound interest from UAE-based organizations

5️⃣ Analytics & Performance Tracking

• Monitor engagement metrics specific to the UAE audience
• Track follower growth (location-based)

• Lead the development of our across all phases of software and web development including ideation, prototyping, design, production, and maintenance.
• Work closely with founders and internal/external stakeholders to build products, tools, and services from scratch and deliver high-quality software solutions.

Skills & Qualities we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science (or equivalent experience).
• 4-7 years of experience as a full-stack developer (rare exceptions for highly skilled developers) at a fast-paced, preferably early / growth stage start-up.
• Proficient with frontend technologies - HTML, CSS, JavaScript & ReactJS/VueJS.
• Proficient with backend technologies - Java/NodeJs/Golang/Python/Ruby.
