Role Overview
We are seeking a Full Stack Developer who can independently deliver features across the frontend and backend, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and contribute to building scalable, reliable web applications. This role is ideal for a developer who is past the learning curve, comfortable with production systems, and looking to take greater ownership of product features.
Key Responsibilities
Frontend
- Develop and maintain user-facing features using React.js
- Translate product requirements and designs into clean, functional UI components
- Integrate frontend applications with REST and GraphQL APIs
- Ensure performance, responsiveness, and usability across devices
- Write reusable, maintainable code following best practices and DRY principles
- Add and maintain unit tests for frontend code
Backend
- Design and build backend services and APIs using Python (Django) or Node.js (Express)
- Develop and maintain RESTful and GraphQL APIs
- Work with SQL and NoSQL databases for data modelling and query optimization
- Integrate frontend and backend systems seamlessly
- Identify, debug, and resolve performance and reliability issues
- Write clean, modular, and testable backend code
Collaboration & Delivery
- Work closely with Product Managers, UX Designers, and other developers
- Own features end-to-end—from development to deployment and maintenance
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving code quality
- Document APIs, system behavior, and key technical decisions
- Continuously improve existing systems and propose technical enhancements
Mandatory Skills & Experience
Experience
- 3–5 years of professional experience in full stack or web application development
Frontend
- Strong hands-on experience with React.js
- Experience with Apollo Client and GraphQL
- Familiarity with UI libraries such as Ant Design
- Experience integrating frontend with REST and GraphQL backends
- Experience writing unit tests for frontend applications
Backend
- Proficiency in Python or Node.js
- Experience with frameworks such as Django or Express.js
- Strong understanding of REST APIs and GraphQL
- Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases
- Working knowledge of Linux/Unix environments
General
- Experience using Git and following Agile development practices
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Good communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams
- Ability to work independently with moderate guidance
- Quick learner with a product-oriented mindset
Good to Have
- Experience deploying applications on AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, or DevOps workflows
- Exposure to microservices architecture

Key Responsibilities:
• PowerPoint Presentation Design:
o Create visually appealing and professional presentations for internal and external

• Participant Toolkit Design:

o Collaborate with facilitators and content teams to ensure clarity and aesthetics.

o Manage timelines and deliver high-quality outputs within deadlines.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Proven experience in graphic design and presentation design
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator,
InDesign) and PowerPoint.
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, and color theory.
• Ability to translate complex ideas into visually appealing designs.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
