Role Overview

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer who can independently deliver features across the frontend and backend, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and contribute to building scalable, reliable web applications. This role is ideal for a developer who is past the learning curve, comfortable with production systems, and looking to take greater ownership of product features.


Key Responsibilities

Frontend

  • Develop and maintain user-facing features using React.js
  • Translate product requirements and designs into clean, functional UI components
  • Integrate frontend applications with REST and GraphQL APIs
  • Ensure performance, responsiveness, and usability across devices
  • Write reusable, maintainable code following best practices and DRY principles
  • Add and maintain unit tests for frontend code

Backend

  • Design and build backend services and APIs using Python (Django) or Node.js (Express)
  • Develop and maintain RESTful and GraphQL APIs
  • Work with SQL and NoSQL databases for data modelling and query optimization
  • Integrate frontend and backend systems seamlessly
  • Identify, debug, and resolve performance and reliability issues
  • Write clean, modular, and testable backend code

Collaboration & Delivery

  • Work closely with Product Managers, UX Designers, and other developers
  • Own features end-to-end—from development to deployment and maintenance

Mandatory Skills & Experience

Experience

  • 3–5 years of professional experience in full stack or web application development

Frontend

  • Strong hands-on experience with React.js
  • Experience with Apollo Client and GraphQL
  • Familiarity with UI libraries such as Ant Design
  • Experience integrating frontend with REST and GraphQL backends
  • Experience writing unit tests for frontend applications

Backend

  • Proficiency in Python or Node.js
  • Experience with frameworks such as Django or Express.js
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs and GraphQL
  • Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases
