Performance Marketing Associate

We are looking for a dynamic and skilled Digital Marketing Trainer with 2 to 3 teaching experience. The ideal candidate should be able to simplify complex data concepts, mentor aspiring professionals, and deliver effective training programs in Link Building, SEO, Digital Marketing, Social Media Ads, DM Executive

·        Prospecting leads and contacting them to pitch the product / service

·        Setting up meetings with the prospective clients

·        Presenting product demonstrations to the client

·        Establishing new business links

·        Sales reporting and reviewing performance

·        Negotiating contracts to arrive at the best deal for the client and organization both

·        Working towards achieving the sales target

·        Conduct market research to evaluate gaps, opportunities, and alien needs

·        Seek new opportunities through networking and social media channels

·        Collaborate within teams to achieve better results

·        Take feedback from customers and share it with support teams

Requirements:

·        Must be fluent in English & Kannada

·        Experience in sales

Role

You will develop and maintain the key backend code and infrastructure of the company stack. You will implement AI solutions like LLMs for various tasks such as voice-based interactive systems, chatbots, and AI web apps. Ability to see projects through from start to finish with good organizational skills and attention to detail. This is a perfect role for someone who likes to build state-of-the-art AI products and work with cutting-edge AI technologies like GPT, LLAMA, etc

Qualifications 

• BS or MS in Computer Science or relevant field.
• 4+ years experience in backend software development
• Be able to design high-throughput scalable backend systems
• Eagerness to learn applied AI technologies like LLMs, prompt engineering, etc
• Proficiency in Python.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, GCP) and technologies like Docker
• Knowledge of Rest APIs, databases (mysql, mongo, vectorDB)

• Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects.

• Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects recommending

solutions.

• Outbound calling on data collected through lead generation activities / secondary data

sources. • Daily follow-ups on older leads and work on new leads.

• Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

• Must be energetic, well-spoken, and eager to close sales deals and generate revenue for the

organization.

About Training- Training will be provided for initial few days for an employee to understand end

to end process.

Qualification

• Education- Any Undergraduate (BBA,B.Tech, B,A) etc.

• Excellent verbal and written communication.

• Good Interpersonal skills, numerical and analytical ability.

• Decision making skills.

• Language required: English & Hindi

(mandatory), Kannada/Tamil/Marathi/Telugu

(optional)

• Proficient in MS-Office (Excel, Word).

• Should be flexible for day shift- (9-hour of login between 8 AM - 10 PM). •

Comfortable with working 6 days a week and the week off will be on weekday.

Job Description

• Ensure hardware quality by performing client's qualification tests on servers and components 
• Draft organized and detailed qual reports of tests showing outputs and PASS/FAIL results 
• Debug HW issues found during tests by running investigative steps such as reproduction tests, problem isolation and fix verification. 
• Prepare servers for test by validating HW config and updating FW 
• Provide progress updates of tests on a regular basis in task tracker 
• Attend stakeholder meetings to provide updates to open qualifications 
• Support building out diagnostic definitions for hardware failures 

Qualifications

• 5+ years of BMC test experience  
• Experience with data center server (x86) and component testing and debug - CPU, DIMM, Motherboard, BMC, SATA/NVME Drive, NIC, PSU 
• Experience with data center server FW component testing and debug - BIOS, BMC/IPMI/redfish, Drive FW, NIC FW, RAID FW, CPLD 
• Experience with Linux shell/bash scripting to support HW testing 
• Experience on Python automation  

1. Work across the entire landscape that spans network, compute, storage, databases, applications, and business domain
2. Use the Big Data and AI-driven features of vuSmartMaps to provide solutions that will enable customers to improve the end-user experience for their applications
3. Create detailed designs, solutions and validate with internal engineering and customer teams, and establish a good network of relationships with customers and experts
4. Understand the application architecture and transaction-level workflow to identify touchpoints and metrics to be monitored and analyzed
5. Analytics and analysis of data and provide insights and recommendations
6. Constantly stay ahead in communicating with customers. Manage planning and execution of platform implementation at customer sites.
7. Work with the product team in developing new features, identifying solution gaps, etc.​
8. Interest and aptitude in learning new technologies - Big Data, no SQL databases, Elastic Search, Mongo DB, DevOps.​

1. At least 2+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure Management
2. Experience in working with large-scale IT infra, including applications, databases, and networks.​
3. Experience in working with monitoring tools, automation tools
4. Hands-on experience in Linux and scripting.
5. Knowledge/Experience in the following technologies will be an added plus:​ ​ElasticSearch, Kafka, Docker Containers, MongoDB, Big Data, SQL databases, ELK stack, REST APIs, web services, and JMX.
