Senior Platform Engineer

The Opportunity: This is a high-ownership, foundational role. You will set the direction for how we

run our systems — incident response, reliability, security, quality and cost — and build the systems

and practices.

Roles and Responsibilities:

● Infrastructure: Be the accountable owner of our Cloud Infra across AWS and GCP —

including ECS, RDS, ElastiCache, networking (VPC), and IAM services

● Observability & SLOs: Define SLIs/SLOs and error budgets and build the metrics, logs, tracing,

and alerting that catch problems before customers do.

● Reliability engineering: Incident management & on-call. Own end to end incident process —

severity levels, paging, an incident bridge, and act as incident commander.

● Cost/FinOps: Own cloud cost — right-sizing, commitments (Savings Plans / RIs), cost-

allocation tagging, and resource lifecycle — balancing efficiency against performance.

● Security: Drive security best practice — least-privilege IAM, MFA/SSO, secrets management

Requirements:

● 4 - 6 years experience with end-to-end ownership of production including platform,

infrastructure and SRE responsibilities

● Hands-on depth across AWS - compute, data stores, networking, and IAM, and fluency with

the AWS Well-Architected Framework and its trade-offs.

● Deep observability understanding — SLIs/SLOs/error budgets, metrics/logs/traces, and

alerting that pages on real user-facing symptoms

Role Overview

The Fundraising Associate will be responsible for researching and identifying funding opportunities, managing donor relationships, and ensuring effective communication with donors. The role involves corporate fundraising, crowdfunding campaigns, donor stewardship, and database management. The associate will play a key role in securing funds for NeevJivan Foundation’s programs and ensuring donor retention.

Role & Responsibilities

Fundraising & Donor Research

● Conduct research to identify potential corporate donors based on thematic areas (livelihood, skill development, women empowerment) and geographic focus.

● Identify key contacts through LinkedIn, websites, and other platforms for outreach.

● Initiate cold email outreach and follow up to convert leads into potential funders.

● Develop outreach strategies for identified donor prospects based on the research.

Donor Outreach & Engagement

● Send out initial communication and nurture relationships with potential donors.

● Manage the donor pipeline, ensuring seamless transitions from outreach to field visits and proposal submissions.

● Organize donor field visits and ensure engagement with NeevJivan’s initiatives.

● Maintain donor relationships through personalized communication, reporting, and timely acknowledgment (thank you letters, 80G receipts, etc.).

Grant & CSR Fundraising

● Coordinate the due diligence documentation required for donor partnerships.

● Develop and update fundraising collaterals, including narratives, reports, and storytelling materials.

● Explore new funding sources, such as domestic foundations and grants, and expand donor outreach.

● Facilitate the signing of multi-year contracts and MoUs with donors.

Crowdfunding & Event Management

● Organize and manage crowdfunding campaigns, leveraging digital marketing strategies.

● Plan and execute fundraising events to engage supporters and attract new donors.

● Coordinate with marketing and program teams to showcase impact stories and promote fundraising initiatives.

Donor Management & Reporting

● Generate donor reports, utilization certificates, and impact reports to ensure transparency.

● Maintain and update donor databases using CRM tools like Zoho.

● Ensure all donor-related documentation is completed efficiently and submitted on time.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

● Identify 15-20 relevant donors annually with at least 30% conversion.

● Establish multi-year funding contracts and MoUs.

● Retain existing donors through strong relationship management.

● Expand donor outreach and secure new funding sources.

● Maintain an organized and updated donor database with streamlined reporting.

Responsibilities of an ABAP developer

Besides coding and developing a SAP module with the help of the programming language, ABAP developers perform a number of other tasks, some of which are given below:

Knowledge of SAP ABAP (OOPS ABAP, MVC, Code pushdown techniques, AMDP and CDS views) and Native HANA

Good Knowledge in  SAP MM Modules (both is important), Able to write Functional document and working knowledge in integration across other SAP modules like SAP SD SAP PP, SAP QM, SAP Finance

SAP ABAP knowledge is expected but should be limited to basic programming and debugging

• Understanding the needs and requirements of the clients by coordinating with their representatives and seeking clarity on every minute detail in order to provide the best possible solution.

   

• Consulting with professionals from other departments and those working on specific SAP modules such as SAP FI/CO, MM, SD to ensure a consistent experience to the various users on the client's side.

   

• Writing the code using ABAP programming language on the basis of the blueprint provided by the clients and performing regular tests on the usability of the code.

   

• Ensuring that all programs are completed in schedule as per the client's guidelines and allocating appropriate resources to achieve this.

   

• Providing technical support to the end users in the form of troubleshooting guidelines and modifications to the system after it has been delivered. Training the end users and client representatives is also performed at this stage of the SAP ABAP software life cycle.

   

• To stay updated with the latest technological advancement and changes in the world of SAP development and adapting to these changes by self-training and research work.

Skills Required to be an ABAP developer

Extensive prior experience in the field of ABAP programming and SAP modules is an essential skill set required for any person to pursue a career as an ABAP developer. They must have good analytical and problem solving skills in order to carry out their daily functions effectively. In depth knowledge of SAP systems such as FICO, MM and HR is also required for ABAP developers. Prior experience in object oriented programming, ABAP lists and other related fields is also a prerequisite for jobs in this field. In order to communicate with a number of people such as clients, users and other developers, they must possess excellent oral and written communication skills as well as good interpersonal abilities.
