Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
• Manage cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure including VMs, App Services, AKS, Networking, and Storage
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, ARM Templates, or Bicep
• Build and manage containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes
• Deploy and manage Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) clusters
• Automate configuration management and deployments
• Implement monitoring and logging solutions using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights
• Integrate security best practices (DevSecOps) within CI/CD pipelines
• Collaborate with development teams to improve build, release, and deployment processes
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize system performance
• Ensure high availability, scalability, and disaster recovery strategies

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Infrastructure Automation
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure
• Expertise in CI/CD implementation using Azure DevOps
• Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM, Bicep)
• Experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes/AKS)
• Knowledge of Git-based version control systems
• Experience with configuration management tools
• Strong understanding of networking, security, and cloud architecture
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of high-quality Android applications using Java/Kotlin.
• Work with Android Studio to write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Implement and adhere to MVVM (Model-View-ViewModel) architectural patterns to ensure scalable and maintainable applications.
• Utilize Data Binding to streamline UI development and improve code readability.
• Develop user interfaces with a strong understanding of various Layouts (ConstraintLayout, LinearLayout, RelativeLayout, etc.) and responsive design principles.
• Integrate applications with RESTful Webservices using libraries like Retrofit to connect with backend services and handle data efficiently.
• Gain experience in interacting with databases, including basic operations with SQLite Database (Creating, Updating/Querying) for local data storage and understanding of server-side data interaction.
• Apply Debugging Skills using tools such as Logcat, Android Debugger (Debug), and Lint for identifying and resolving issues, and optimizing application performance.
• Leverage Plugin Tools like ADB Idea, Codata, and Lombok Plugin (if applicable) to enhance development workflow and productivity.
• Work with various Android APIs to implement new features and functionality.
• Participate in Testing the Android Application, including unit testing and collaborating with QA for functional and integration testing.
• Perform Lint for Code Inspection to ensure code quality, consistency, and adherence to best practices.
• Learn and apply fundamental Design Patterns (e.g., Singleton, Observer) in Android development.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend developers, to define, design, and ship new features.
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency and improve application performance.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Android development trends and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 0-2 years of hands-on experience in Android application development.
• Solid understanding of Android SDK and Android Studio.
• Proficiency in at least one of the primary Android programming languages: Java or Kotlin.
• Familiarity with MVVM architecture.
• Basic knowledge of Data Binding.
• Understanding of various Android Layouts.
• Exposure to SQLite Database and concepts of server-side interaction.
• Familiarity with Retrofit for API consumption.
• Demonstrated Debugging Skills using relevant Android tools.

Experience: 6+ years • Must have experience in SAP delivery, with at least Two SAP implementations • Should be able to lead a team of SAP FICO, FM and FSCM functional experts in the design, implementation, and Support of SAP FICO, FM and FSCM modules • Act as the subject matter expert for SAP FICO, FM & FSCM modules, including design, configuration, and testing of the system • Should have experience with end-to-end implementation of SAP FICO and FM modules • Should be proficient in SAP FICO configuration, customization, and enhancement techniques. • Should have good understanding of finance and accounting principles and processes. • Should have strong knowledge of SAP FICO module functionalities, including general ledger, accounts payable. • Must have experience with accounts receivable, asset accounting, controlling, and Funds Management. • Should have knowledge in integration with PS, PM, HR, MM, SD, FICA, CS, REFX & Bank Application

1.      Lead Generation & Outreach

• Identify and engage potential clients using Lead generation tools like Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Plan and execute daily outreach campaigns to build brand visibility and initiate conversations.
• Collaborate with the digital marketing team to generate leads through Social Media platforms.

2.      CRM & Data Management

• Create and automate Sales pipelines and sales life cycle.
• Upload, tag, and segment prospect data in Zoho CRM for streamlined tracking and reporting.
• Monitor inbound leads from website chatbot, form submissions, and incoming calls.

3.      Follow up, Conversion & Client Engagement

• Convert qualified leads into active customers through personalized outreach and follow-ups.
• Implement structured email and call strategies to drive engagement and sales conversion.
• Share weekly performance reports.

4.      Upselling & Network Expansion

• Upsell and cross-sell products to existing clients.
• Expand corporate network via LinkedIn and Meta to promote product offerings and strengthening relationships.
• Track warm leads and initiate timely, strategic follow-ups to maximize conversion potential.

Responsibilities

● Design and execution of research into the impact of an agency-led approach to livelihoods.

● Design and execution of the appropriate baseline surveys in communities.

● Gaining an in-depth understanding of the impact of the NGO program at the community level.

● Identification of research partners as required.

● Building tools and systems for monitoring and evaluation of the Lighthouse program and guiding the work of the data & reporting team.

● Data quality audits for program-specific data across the organization.

Requirements

● Master’s degree in statistics or economics with a specialization in statistical methods, or social sciences with training in qualitative and quantitative research methods.

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience writing multithreaded programs running in Java
• Experience on Java, Spring Boot,, Apache Nifi ,  workingDocker, EKS, Azkaban, Jenkins
• Experience with Git and build tools like Gradle/Maven/SBT.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented design, data structures, algorithms, profiling, and optimization.
• Have elegant, readable, maintainable and extensible code style.
• Experience on AWS is preferable
• Knowledge on top algorithms like sorting, heap/stack, queue, search, etc.
• Familiarity with test-driven development
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment, with ability to deliver code of quality quickly.
