Job Description:
- Develop and oversee performance marketing strategy
- Manage Ad campaigns on Facebook, Google & Marketplaces
- Create engaging content for digital platforms
- Conduct regular CRO audits and execute A/B tests
- Implement user testing for enhanced conversion rates
- Review and optimize advertising campaigns for planned ROAS/ACOS
- Identify and optimize performance marketing channels
- Manage Analytics for campaign tracking
- Troubleshoot campaign-related issues
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies
Requirements
- 3-4 years of proven Performance Marketing experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels and analytics
- Strong creative skills with attention to detail
- Data-driven mindset and analytical abilities
- Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy
- Define most important social media KPIs
- Manage and oversee social media content
- Measure the success of every social media campaign
- Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies
- Use social media marketing tools such as Buffer
- Attend educational conferences
- Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product Development teams
- Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
- Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
- Hire and train other in the team
- Provide constructive feedback

Responsible for managing + executing content for social media platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
Build and execute social media marketing strategies.
Working with our marketing team to design and create the campaign test to communicate the results to using the data to inform future business decisions.
Collaborate with other departments (marketing, video team, etc.) to create engaging social media content (Stories, posts, reels, etc).
Planning, Creation, and Publishing of Instagram Reels.
Managing ORM of IIDE s Social Media.
Creating the entire campaign, shooting it out, monitoring it, and analyzing it.
Measure output and revise social media strategies from time to time. Takedown any other activities from your reporting manager as and when required.
