We are seeking a Senior or Staff Software Engineer (Node.js, Azure and React ) to lead new software development initiatives to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute hands-on to coding, code reviews, architecture, and design efforts, setting a solid example for the team.
• Will be a tech lead and manage a small engineering team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Management and Data Engineering, to build empathetic and user-centric products.
• Drive the development of robust and scalable web experiences, leveraging modern technologies and best practices.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, promoting continuous learning and growth.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize engineering initiatives aligned with business goals.
• Ensure high code quality, maintainability, and performance through the implementation of best practices and coding standards.
• Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging the team to explore new technologies and approaches to problem-solving.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
• 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 1 year in a technical leadership role.
• Strong experience in product engineering, with a focus on building empathetic and user-centric products.
• Extensive experience in web development, particularly with technologies such as Node.js and React.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, specifically Azure, and containerization technologies like Docker.
• Solid understanding of software development best practices, design patterns, and coding standards.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with web scraping techniques and tools.
• Knowledge of SQL query optimization and performance tuning.
• Familiarity with automated testing, continuous integration, and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.
• Experience with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Jenkins, Ansible, Terraform).

2. Should worked on IOT,AWS,Application Penetration Testing, Reverse Engineering, source code review, CI/CD Pipeline
3. have done any submission on Bug crowd or Bug Bounty.
4. have developed tools or scripts for web pen test on GitHub.
5. Certified on OSCP
6. Threat Modeling
7. Network scan in stealth mode or simple scan using Nmap and Burp suite

Implement security measures which monitor and protect sensitive data and systems from infiltration and cyber-attacks.

Developing different ways to solve the existing threats and security issues.

Configuring and implementing intrusion detection systems and firewalls.

Security product development, testing, and implementation.

Responsible for security technology research, penetration testing, and vulnerability scanning.

OSCP certification(Not mandatory, preferable)
