DevOps Engineer Job Description:-

 

Responsibilities

• Deploy updates and fixes
• Provide Level 2 technical support
• Build tools to reduce occurrences of errors and improve customer & client experience
• Develop software to integrate with internal back-end systems
• Perform root cause analysis for production errors
• Investigate and resolve technical issues
• Develop scripts to automate visualization
• Design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance

 

Requirements

• Work experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar software engineering role
• Work experience on AWS
• Good knowledge of Ruby or Python
• Working knowledge of databases and SQL
• Problem-solving attitude
• Team spirit
• BSc in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field

 

QUALIFICATION: Bsc. IT/B.Tech
EXPERIENCE RANGE:
• 4-7 Years of experience in IBM FileNet and IBM Content Navigator (ICN)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Worked on IBM FileNet and IBM Content Navigator (ICN)
2. Working experience on P8 Application engine, Process engine & Content engine, P8 Workplace, FileNet
Enterprise Manager, Process Designer, Process Administrator, Process Analyzer, Process Configuration
Console.
3. Working experience in Process Mapping, Workflow modeling
4. Working experience in the development of custom FileNet Step Processors and custom Applications using
FileNet P8 Framework and with JAVA API
5. Scoping, analysis, designing, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance of IBM FileNet
6. Working experience on general FileNet P8 Admin activities
7. Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server
8. Working knowledge of IBM Datacap
9. Knowledge of IBM Business Automation Workflow (would be an added advantage)
10. Strong written and oral communication skills, self-motivation, and creativity.
11. Capable of handling customer support and user training.
