Principal Accountabilities :

1. Good in communication and converting business requirements to functional requirements

2. Develop data-driven insights and machine learning models to identify and extract facts from sales, supply chain and operational data

3. Sound Knowledge and experience in statistical and data mining techniques: Regression, Random Forest, Boosting Trees, Time Series Forecasting, etc.

5. Experience in SOTA Deep Learning techniques to solve NLP problems.

6. End-to-end data collection, model development and testing, and integration into production environments.

7. Build and prototype analysis pipelines iteratively to provide insights at scale.

8. Experience in querying different data sources

9. Partner with developers and business teams for the business-oriented decisions

About the Role:
We are looking for an iOS developer who possesses a passion for pushing mobile technologies to the limitsand will work with our team of talented engineers to design and build the next generation of our mobile application.

Requirements:
1.Min 3 yearsof experiencein iOS development.
2.Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning.
3.Familiaritywith RESTful APIs to connect iOS application to back-end services.
4.Should have worked on sockets, hardware integrations.
5.Experience with iOS frameworks such as Core Data, Core Animation, etc.
6.Hungry to do awesome product development and keen to learn newer technologies.

JD:
1.Design and build application for the iOS platform.
2.Ensure the performance, quality, andresponsiveness of application.
3.Collaborate with a team to define, design, and ship new features.
4.Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.

 Assist with account development, bids and campaign strategy
 Perform detailed business discovery to set solution strategy and design

 Articulate the proposed solution and the benefits to the client at all levels including the third-party software and hardware elements where applicable
 Articulate the value proposition of Synergetics IT Services.

 Interact with account management team and tailor the solution, delivery models as required

(COS) discussions with stakeholders, finalize project delivery plans
 Perform Engagement reviews at key project milestones to ensure quality of project deliverables  and customer satisfaction.
 Provide Leadership and deliver world class services including Professional Consulting Services
 Participate in service delivery engagements by acting as a hands-on technical expert.
 Deployment on Microsoft Azure
 Develop software solutions, collateral and templates for use by the sales and pre-sales teams

Qualifications:
 Azure or AWS based Cloud Architecture and migration skills and experience.
 Strong understanding across Cloud and infrastructure components (server, storage, network,
data, and applications) to deliver end to end Cloud Infrastructure architectures and designs.

Target driven and capability of hiring huge numbers.
2. Excellent understanding and knowledge of end to end recruiting process including
sourcing, interviewing, salary negotiations and offer.
3. Good understanding of availability of talent pool for the required skills.
4. LinkedIn and Networking through various forums .
5. Understanding the client's requirement and matching the profile of the candidates
as per the client's requirement.
6. Follow-up with the candidates. Ensuring that the candidates is joining on time by
keeping them engage.
7. Negotiation with the candidates with their salary and joining date.
8. Interacting with the clients on a regular basis for new requirements.
9. Taking the feedback from the client and maintain the qualitative process.
